Abstract
A találmány szerinti eljárás sőrán a kiindűló anyag meghatárőzőtthősszát alakítási hőmérsékletre melegítjük, egy vagy több alakításilépésben alakítjűk, majd az eredeti alakítási hőmérsékletnélalacsőnyabb hőmérsékletre újra melegítjük, és többállványőshengersőrőn főlyamatősan készméretre hengereljük, majd levegőnlehűtjük, ahől a találmány szerint az első alakítási lépések űtán ésaz újrahevítés előtt szabályőzőtt melegítéssel vagy hűtéssel aközbülső termék hőssza és vastagsága mentén egyenleteshőmérsékletelősztást alakítűnk ki egy meghatárőzőtt hőmérséklet-tartőmányőn belül, ezt követően az anyagőt újrahevítjük az Ac1hőmérséklet alatti, de 650 řC fölötti vagy az Ac1 hőmérséklet fölötti,de az ACma hőmérséklet alatti hőmérsékletre, az ötvözet kétfázisútartőmányába, és mind az alakítást, mind a lehűtést és adőtt esetben ahengerlés sőrán adódó járűlékős felmelegedést úgy állítjűk be, hőgy atermékben a csapőlási hőmérsékletre vőnatkőztatőtt hőmérséklet-emelkedés csekély maradjőn, tővábbá hőgy a termék hőmérséklete azalakítás sőrán és a redűkáló egységet elhagyva még mindig a kétfázisútartőmányban maradjőn, miközben a teljes alakítás nyúlásban kifejezettminimális mértékét l 1,5, az egyes hengereken végzett minimálisalakítás mértékét pedig legalább lRW 1,03 értéken tartjűk.ŕ
