Abstract

A találmány új enzimes eljárásra vonatkozik, amellyel aminosavenantiomer rezolválása lehetséges. Pontosabban az eljárás abból áll,hogy az aminosav racém elegyét glutársav-anhidriddel, majd a glutaril7-ACA aciláz enzimmel reagáltatják, így az aminosav egyikenantiomerjét kinyerik, míg a másik enantiomer a megfelelő glutaril-amid- származék formájában marad.
