Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás ásványi gyapot előállítására belsőcentrifugálással, amelynél az ásványi anyag olvadékát egy szálasítóforgó tányérra juttatják, amelynek perifériális része lyuggatva van,amely lyukakon keresztül az ásványi anyag olvadéka átjutva szálakkáalakul, majd ezeket a szálakat gyapottá vékonyítják gázárammal, olymódon, hogy az ásványi anyag hőmérséklete a forgó tányéron legalább1100°C és hogy a szálasító forgó tányér egy következő elemekettartalmazó kobaltbázisú ötvözetből van előállítva (a mennyiségektömeg%-ot jelentenek): Cr 23 - 34% Ni 6 - 12% Ta 3 - 10% C 0,2 -1,2% W0 - 8% Fe kevesebb, mint 3% Si kevesebb, mint 1% Mn kevesebb, mint0,5%, Zr kevesebb, mint 0,1%, a 100%-ot kitevő mennyiség kobalt és aszokásos szennyezőanyagok, és a tantál és szén közötti mólaránylegalább 0,3.
