Abstract

본 발명은 새로운 결합성 농축방법에 관계한다. 이 방법은 성층을 만드는 요건과 함께 큐빅상 용해에 따른 결합상 농축을 수반하며 그 결과 특별한 구조를 얻을 수 있다. 새로운 구조는 공지것과 비교할 때 더 깊은 성층화된 층을 얻고 또한 결합상 최대 농축량을 줄일 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다. 성층 및 큐빅상 용해의 조화성은 절삭공구용 탄화 텅스텐 기초 초경합금의 특성을 최적화 하는 가능성도 제공한다.
새로운 방법은 두가지 변수를 조합한 것이다. 큐빅상 용해는 표면에서 용해구역에 밀접하고 그 아래까지 걸쳐진 영역으로 최대량의 성층 결합상을 가진 영역을 이동시킨다. 용해깊이, 간격평형성과 냉각속도를 조절하여, 초경합금이 강인성과 가소성 변형내성의 복합적 특성을 갖게한다.

Description

결합상 농축 표면영역을 가진 초경합금
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 결합상 농축 표면영역의 구조를 1200 배율로 보여주고,
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 결합상 농축 표면영역의 Ti, Co 또한 W의 분포를 보여준다.

Claims (5)

  1. 결합상속에 WC와 큐빅상을 함유하는 것으로서 결합상 농축 표면영역은 큐빅상이 없는 외부와 또한 큐비강 및 성층 결합상층을 함유한 내부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합상 농축표면영역을 갖춘 초경합금.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 표면영역은 75㎛ 이하로서 20 내지 50㎛이고 그중 외부는 10㎛ 이상 및 25㎛이하이고 내부는 l0㎛ 이상 및 30㎛ 이하의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 초경합금.
  3. 전술한 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 내부의 결합상 함량은 정상 결합상 함량의 1.5 내지 4배 특히 2-3배이고 텅스텐 함량은 정상함량의 최소 0.95 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 초경합금.
  4. 불활성 대기나 진공상태에서 15 내지 180분 동안 1380-1520℃ 온도로 최적량의 탄소를 사용하여 질소함유 예비소결체 또는 그린시이트를 소결하고 응고구역에서 20-100℃/h 특히 40-75℃/h 속도로 서냉하여1300-1220℃ 특히 1290-1250℃까지 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합상 농축 초경합금 제조방법.
  5. CH4/H2 또는 C02/CO 혼합물을 함유하는 탄화 대기 중에서 30-180분간 1380 내지 1520℃ 온도로 반공융성 물체를 소결한후 같은 대기에서 또는 질소 분위기나 진공상태에서 서냉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합상 농축 초경합금 제조방법.
