Abstract
A találmány füstgázokban lévő klórtartalmú szerves vegyületeklebontására alkalmas eljárásra, a lebontáshoz felhasználtkatalizátorokra és a katalizátorok kezelésére szolgáló eljárásravonatkozik. A találmány szerinti eljárással úgy bontanak lefüstgázokban lévő klórtartalmú szerves vegyületeket, hogy azokatkatalizátor jelenlétében, 100-450 °C-on olyan módon reagáltatják afüstgázok által tartalmazott vagy a füstgázokba kívülről pótlólagbejuttatott nitrogén-dioxiddal a klórtartalmú szerves vegyületeknitrogén-dioxid felhasználásán alapuló oxidációs lebontása céljából,hogy a reakció befejeződése után a nitrogén-dioxid a füstgázokban 1hpm-nél nagyobb koncentrációban legyen jelen. A találmány szerintikatalizátorokban a titán, a molibdén és a vanádium tömegaránya - azemlítés sorrendjében - (99-70) : (0,5-15) : (0,5-15). A találmányszerinti eljárással úgy kezelnek klórtartalmú szerves vegyületeklebontásához felhasznált katalizátorokat, hogy azokat nitrogén-dioxidot tartalmazó gázzal érintkeztetik, hogy nitrogén-dioxiddal valóoxidálás útján lebontsák a katalizátorokhoz tapadt klórtartalmúszerves vegyületeket.
