Abstract

A találmány szerinti eljárás során a (III) képletű vegyület éssavaddíciós sói előállítására 2-klór-5-hidroxi-metil-tiazolt vagy 2-hidroxi-5-hidroxi-metil-tiazolt, vagy 5-hidroxi-metil-tiazol-diazóniumsót sav jelenlétében egy klorid forrással reagáltatják. Az 5-hidroxi-metil-tiazol-diazónium só köztitermék előállítására 2-amino-5-hidroxi-metil-tiazolt vagy savaddíciós sóját sav jelenlétében egy alkálifém-nitrittel reagáltatják. 2-amino-5-hidroxi-metil-tiazol előállításáraaz (A) képletű vegyületet tiokarbamiddal reagáltatják.
