Abstract
A tal lm ny t rgya elj r s finomszemcsés EL-foszforok elő llít s ra,azzal jellemezve, hogy a k"vetkező elő llít si lépéseket tartalmazza:1. A finomszemcsés cink-szulfid elő llít sa a megfelelő cinkszulfidsóttartalmazó oldatból H2S-sel t"rténő cinkszulfid kicsap ssal. 2. Akapott finomszemcsés cink-szulfid keverése a luminoforhoz szükségesaktiv tor és koaktiv tor vegyületekkel. 3. A kapott keverék hevítése1000 °C alatt a fluoridok és/vagy bromidok és/vagy jodidokvegyületcsoportj ból kiv lasztott m zanyagok jelenlétében. 5. A 3.lépésben kapott por alakú elektroluminofor kezelése szerves és/vagyszervetlen savakkal savk dban keverés k"zben. 6. A por form júelektroluminofor nyerése érdekében az előző lépésben kapott anyag mossa, semlegesítése és sz rít sa. Ó
