Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás egy célzott nukleinsav-szekvencia jelenlétének detektálására egy mintában, amely abban áll,hogy (a) az említett mintát amplifikációs reakciónak vetik alánukleotidok egy sorozatának felhasználásával, amelyben legalább azegyik fluoreszcensen jelzett, (b) az amplifikációs terméket egypróbával érintkeztetik olyan körülmények között, amelyben a próbahibridizálni fog a cél szekvenciához, továbbá az említett próba egyreaktív molekulát tartalmaz, amely képes fluoreszcenciát abszorbeálniaz említett fluoreszcensen jelzett nukleotidból vagy fluoreszcensenergiát átadni az említett fluoreszcensen jelzett nukleotidnak, és(c) nyomon követik az említett minta fluoreszcenciáját. A találmányszerinti eljárás felhasználható egy célzott nukleinsav, mennyiségénekmeghatározására egy mintában, valamint szekvencia jellemzőkkimutatására. Az eljárás megvalósítására szolgáló kitek szintén atalálmány tárgyát képezik. Ó
