Abstract
A találmány tárgya nagy teljesítményű lézer. A találmány lényege abbanvan, hogy tartalmaz: - egy első reflektor (26) és egy második reflektor (30) közöttelhelyezkedő rezonáns üreget, amely rezonáns üreg egy alapüregmódusthatároz meg; - egy, a rezonáns üreg belsejében elhelyezett erősítőtartományt (22);és - egy, az erősítőtartományt (22) egy első térrész (44) belsejébengerjesztő energiaforrást, amely energiaforrás hatására optikaienergiaemisszió halad az erősítőtartományban (22) egy, azalapüregmódusra transzverzális irányban, a transzverzálisenergiaemisszió optikailag pumpálja az erősítőtartománynak (22) egy,az első térrész (44) felett elhelyezkedő második térrészét (46), amelyelső és második térrészek (44, 46) belsejében az energiaalapüregmódusban van csatolva. A találmány tárgya továbbá eljáráslézereszköz hatásfokának javítására. Az eljárás lényege abban van,hogy: egy első és egy második reflektort (26, 30) helyeznek el,amelyekkel a lézereszköz egy alap-emissziósmódusát határozzák meg; azelső reflektoron (26) egy első érintkezőt helyeznek el, és azzal alézereszköz egy aktív tartományában egy első térrészt (44) határolnak;az első érintkezőt villamosan gerjesztik, és azzal az első térrészben(44) optikai energiaemissziót gerjesztenek; az optikai energiát azaktív tartomány mentén az első térrészből (44) egy, az első térrésszelközvetlenül szomszédos második térrészbe (46) vezetik, és azzal amásodik térrészt (46) optikailag gerjesztik; és az első és másodikreflektorokat (26, 30) úgy helyezik el, hogy az optikaienergiaemissziót mind az első, mind a második térrészekben (44, 46) azalap-emissziósmódusban csatolják.
