Claims (21)
1. Postupak proizvodnje betonskih elemenata koji sadrže najmanje jedan sloj betona, gdje se u navedenom postupku beton dodaje u kalup za najmanje jedan element, beton se kompaktira vibriranjem i/ili nabijanjem, te se zatim stvrdnjava, gdje se prije kompaktiranja najmanje jedan dio zrnatog materijala primjenjuje na sloj betona uz pomoć uređaja za primjenjivanje, naznačen time što beton kojeg se puni u kalup ima vrijednost voda/vezivo (vrijednost w/b) od 0,31 do 0,45 prije stvrdnjavanja, a upotrijebljeni zrnati materijal je materijal koji sadrži (a) rasutu komponentu, koja ima prosječni promjer zrna od 0,1 do 5 mm u količini od 75 do 85%, težinski, i (b) vezivo u količini od 15 do 25%, težinski, u svakom slučaju na osnovi ukupnog sastava zrnatog materijala,
gdje zrnati materijal ima vrijednost voda/vezivo (vrijednost w/b) od 0,24 do 0,38 prije primjenjivanja na sloj betona,
gdje je sloj betona površinski sloj betona, te
gdje betonski element u najmanju ruku sadrži jedan dodatni sloj betona.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je betonski element betonski blok, betonska ploča ili betonska stuba.
3. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što beton kojeg se puni u kalup ima vrijednost voda/vezivo (vrijednost w/b) od 0,35 do 0,40 prije stvrdnjavanja.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je udio cementa u sloju betona 15 do 25%, težinski, osobito 17,5 do 20,5%, težinski, na osnovi ukupnog sastava sloja betona.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je vezivo kojeg sadrži zrnati materijal anorgansko vezivo, poput cementa, hidrauličnog vapna, gipsa ili vodenog stakla.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što je vezivo kojeg sadrži zrnati materijal organsko vezivo, poput disperzija plastičnog materijala, akrilatnih smola, alkidnih smola, epoksidnih smola, poliuretana, sol-gel smola ili emulzija silikonske smole.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što se kao rasutu komponentu upotrebljava rasutu komponentu koja ima prosječni promjer zrna od 0,1 do 1,8 mm i/ili je vrijednost voda/vezivo (vrijednost w/b) zrnatog materijala 0,24 do 0,33.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4 ili 6, naznačen time što se kao rasutu komponentu upotrebljava rasutu komponentu koja ima prosječni promjer zrna od 1,2 do 5 mm, zrnati materijal sadrži vezivo u količini od 15 do 20%, težinski, na osnovi ukupnog sastava zrnatog materijala, i/ili je vrijednost voda/vezivo (vrijednost w/b) zrnatog materijala 0,28 do 0,38.
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što se kao rasutu komponentu upotrebljava rasutu komponentu koja ima prosječni promjer zrna od 0,1 do 1,2 mm.
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je dodatni sloj betona sloj sirovog betona.
11. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što beton sadrži aditive za beton, poput granulirane troske, pucolana, lebdećeg pepela, vapnenca, lebdećeg pepela iz ugljena i/ili silicijske prašine.
12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što površinski sloj betona ima optička svojstva, poput boje ili sjajnost, a zrnati materijal ima optička svojstva koja se razlikuju od navedenih.
13. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se zrnati materijal primjenjuje rasipanjem ili nabacivanjem.
14. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se zrnati materijal primjenjuje na sloj betona uz pomoć uređaja za primjenjivanje, gdje uređaj za primjenjivanje u najmanju ruku sadrži uređaj za kapanje, centrifugalni disk, krak za nabacivanje i/ili katapult, u kojeg se dodaje najmanje jedan dio zrnatog materijala.
15. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što uređaj za primjenjivanje u najmanju ruku sadrži jedan odmjerni spremnik, koji sadrži zrnati materijal i ima odmjernu traku, gdje se odmjerni spremnik navodi iznad kalupa ravnomjernom ili neravnomjernom brzinom.
16. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što uređaj za primjenjivanje u najmanju ruku sadrži jedan cijevni spoj u kojeg se dodaje jedan ili više dijelova zrnatog materijala i kroz kojeg ih se rasipa, nabacuje, izbacuje i/ili ispušta na sloj betona.
17. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što rasuti materijal je ili sadrži kamenu smjesu.
18. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što rasuti materijal u najmanju ruku sadrži materijal kojeg se bira iz skupine koju čine poludragulji, dragulji, tinjac, metalne strugotine, staklo i čestice plastike.
19. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se nakon kompaktiranja na površinu betonskih blokova ili betonskih ploča primjenjuje sredstvo za brtvljenje i/ili za impregniranje.
20. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se nakon kompaktiranja, a prije stvrdnjavanja, površine i/ili rubove betonskih blokova ili betonskih ploča obradi četkama, te tako strukturira i/ili ogrubi i/ili zagladi i/ili se ukloni izbočine na rubovima.
21. Betonski blok ili betonska ploča, naznačeni time što ih se može načiniti postupkom u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 20.
