Claims (16)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju kalijevog acesulfama, postupak koji uključuje sljedeće korake:
(a) reakciju prve reakcijske smjese koja sadrži: sulfaminsku kiselinu, amin i od 1 ppm do 1 % octene kiseline da se dobije sol amidosulfaminske kiseline;
(b) reakciju soli amidosulfaminske kiseline s diketenom da se dobije sol acetoacetamida;
(c) dobivanje kalijevog acesulfama iz soli acetoacetamida,
pri čemu se reakcija stvaranja soli amidosulfaminske kiseline provodi pri suvišku amina manjem od 3 mol %.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje korak (c) uključuje:
reakciju soli acetoacetamida sa sredstvom za ciklizaciju da se dobije adukt cikličkog sumpor trioksida; i izvođenje pripravka acesulfam kalija iz adukta cikličkog sumpor trioksida.
3. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, gdje izvođenje uključuje:
hidrolizu adukta cikličkog sumporovog trioksida da se dobije acesulfam-H; i neutralizirajući acesulfam-H s kalijevim hidroksidom kako bi se formirao kalijev acesulfam.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je pH reakcijskog koraka (a) u rasponu od 5,5 do 7,0.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je molarni omjer octene kiseline prema sulfaminskoj kiselini u prvoj reakcijskoj smjesi manji od 0,095:1.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da postupak ne uključuje korak uklanjanja octene kiseline.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, gdje prva reakcijska smjesa sadrži od 35 % do 75 % amina.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je pH na kojem se provodi reakcija stvaranja soli amidosulfaminske kiseline u rasponu od 5,9 do 6,8.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je pH na kojem se provodi reakcija stvaranja soli amidosulfaminske kiseline u rasponu od 6,1 do 6,4.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, gdje se reakcija stvaranja soli acetoacetamida provodi na pH razini u rasponu od 5,5 do 7,0.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, gdje se reakcija stvaranja soli acetoacetamida provodi na pH razini u rasponu od 5,9 do 6,8.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, gdje se reakcija stvaranja soli acetoacetamida provodi na pH razini u rasponu od 6,1 do 6,4.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što postupak daje najmanje 50 grama acesulfam kalija po satu.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, gdje se reakcija stvaranja soli acetoacetamida i reakcija stvaranja soli amidosulfaminske kiseline provode u odvojenim reaktorima.
15. Postupak za proizvodnju soli amidosulfaminske kiseline, postupak koji obuhvaća korak: reakcije sulfaminske kiseline, amina i manje od 10000 ppm octene kiseline da se dobije sol amidosulfaminske kiseline, pri čemu se reakcija stvaranja soli amidosulfaminske kiseline provodi u aminskom višku od manje od 3 mol %.
16. Postupak za proizvodnju acetoacetamidne soli, postupak koji obuhvaća korake:
(a) reakciju sulfaminske kiseline, amina i od 1 ppm do 10000 ppm octene kiseline da se dobije sol amidosulfaminske kiseline, pri čemu se reakcija stvaranja soli amidosulfaminske kiseline provodi u suvišku amina manjem od 3 mol %; i
(b) reakciju soli amidosulfaminske kiseline s diketenom da se dobije sol acetoacetamida.
