Claims (14)

1. Modul (20) za detekciju doze, koji se može ukloniti, pričvršćen na uređaj (10) za davanje lijeka, uređaj za davanje lijeka koji uključuje tijelo (11) uređaja, element (32) za podešavanje doze, i aktuator (34), element za podešavanje doze koji se spiralno okreće u odnosu na tijelo uređaja tijekom isporuke doze u korelaciji s količinom isporučene doze, element za podešavanje doze koji uključuje izloženu obodnu površinu za korištenje pri rotaciji elementa za podešavanje doze u odnosu na tijelo uređaja, i aktuator koji se spiralno okreće s elementom za podešavanje doze tijekom podešavanja doze, i provodi se bez rotacije u odnosu na tijelo uređaja tijekom isporuke doze, navedeni modul sadrži: komponentu (101) za spajanje, konfiguriranu tako da bude aksijalno i rotacijski fiksirana na element (32) za podešavanje doze; komponentu (103) za doziranje, koja ima prvi način rada, u kojem je navedena komponenta za doziranje aksijalno i rotacijski fiksirana na navedenu komponentu za spajanje tijekom operacije podešavanja doze uređaja za davanje lijeka, i drugi način rada, u kojem je navedena komponenta za doziranje aksijalno i rotacijski fiksirana na aktuator, i u kojem je navedena komponenta za spajanje rotirajuća u odnosu na navedenu komponentu za doziranje tijekom operacije isporuke doze uređaja za davanje lijeka; i sklop (140) elektronike, pričvršćen na navedenu komponentu za doziranje, navedeni sklop elektronike uključuje senzor rotacije (172, 174) koji funkcionira tako da detektira rotaciju navedene komponente za spajanje u odnosu na navedenu komponentu za doziranje tijekom isporuke doze; pri čemu navedena komponenta (103) za doziranje uključuje unutrašnji zid (114) i vanjski zid (120), navedena komponenta (101) za spajanje uključuje spojni zid (112) koji se nalazi između unutrašnjeg i vanjskog zida, navedena komponenta za spajanje, koja se proteže distalno izvan unutrašnjeg zida i uključuje dio za spajanje, konfiguriran tako da bude pričvršćen na izloženu obodnu površinu elementa za podešavanje doze, kako bi se navedena komponenta za spajanje pričvrstila na element za podešavanje doze.
2. Modul prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, u kojem navedena komponenta (101) za spajanje nije u kontaktu s navedenom komponentom (103) za doziranje u drugom načinu rada.
3. Modul prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, i koji dalje sadrži mehanizam (162, 164) za zaključavanje koji rotacijski zaključava navedenu komponentu (101) za spajanje s navedenom komponentom (103) za doziranje u prvom načinu rada, pri čemu navedeni mehanizam za zaključavanje uključuje zupce, međusobno okrenute jedne prema drugima, koji se protežu aksijalno od navedene komponente za spajanje i navedene komponente za doziranje, pri čemu su zupci konfigurirani tako da izazovu odvajanje navedene komponente za doziranje od navedene komponente za spajanje u slučaju da se sila rotacije s navedene komponente za doziranje na navedenu komponentu za spajanje primjeni u iznosu većem od unaprijed utvrđenog.
4. Modul prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, u kojem vanjski zid (120) uključuje prema unutra usmjerene lopatice, koje imaju proksimalno okrenutu površinu, pri čemu spojni zid uključuje prirubnicu usmjerenu prema van, koja se nalazi uz proksimalno okrenutu površinu lopatice.
5. Modul prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, u kojem se vanjski zid (120) proteže distalno kako bi radijalno preklapao barem dio izložene obodne površine elementa (32) za podešavanje doze nakon instalacije navedenog modula (20) na uređaj (10) za davanje lijeka.
6. Modul prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, u kojem komponenta (103) za doziranje uključuje poklopac (116), koji ima vanjski zid (120) koji je radijalno raspoređen prema spojnom cilindričnom zidu (112) komponente za spajanje, a unutrašnji i vanjski zid navedene komponente za doziranje su aksijalno pokretni u odnosu na spojni zid navedene komponente za spajanje.
7. Modul prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, i koji dalje sadrži mehanizam za zaključavanje koji funkcionira tako da rotacijski zaključava navedenu spojnu komponentu (101) s navedenom komponentom za doziranje (103) u prvom načinu rada.
8. Modul prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, u kojem distalno aksijalno pomicanje navedene komponente (103) za doziranje u odnosu na tijelo (11) uređaja funkcionira tako da odvoji mehanizam za zaključavanje, kako bi se omogućila rotacija navedene spojne komponente (101) u odnosu na navedenu komponentu za doziranje.
9. Modul prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, u kojem distalno aksijalno pomicanje navedene komponente (103) za doziranje u odnosu na tijelo (11) uređaja dalje funkcionira tako da odvoji element (32) za podešavanje doze od aktuatora (34), kako bi se omogućila rotacija elementa za podešavanje doze u odnosu na aktuator tijekom isporuke doze.
10. Modul prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, u kojem navedeni mehanizam za zaključavanje uključuje zupce, međusobno okrenute jedne prema drugima, koji se protežu aksijalno od navedene komponente (101) za spajanje i navedene (103) komponente za doziranje.
11. Modul prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, u kojem su zupci, međusobno okrenuti jedni prema drugima, formirani na spojnom zidu (112) navedene komponente (101) za spajanje, i na jednom od unutrašnjih i vanjskih zidova (114, 120) navedene komponente (103) za doziranje.

Modul prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, u kojem komponenta (103) za doziranje uključuje poklopac (116) koji ima vanjski zid (120) koji se proteže od krajnjeg zida (118), i svjetlosnu cijev (144) koja ima oblik diska, konfiguriranu tako da prima svjetlost aksijalno od indikatorske lampice (122) i osigurava svjetlost radijalno u 360 stupnjeva.
13. Modul prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, u kojem mehanizam za zaključavanje funkcionira tako da rotacijski zaključava spojni zid (112) navedene komponente (101) za spajanje s jednim od unutrašnjih i vanjskih zidova (114, 120) navedene komponente (103) za doziranje.

Uređaj (10) za davanje lijeka za detektiranje količine isporučene doze lijeka sadrži: tijelo (11) uređaja; element (32) za podešavanje doze, pričvršćen na navedeno tijelo uređaja i koji se može rotirati oko osi rotacije u odnosu na navedeno tijelo uređaja, navedeni element za podešavanje doze kreće se aksijalno i rotira u odnosu na navedeno tijelo uređaja tijekom podešavanja doze i tijekom isporuke doze; aktuator (34), pričvršćen na navedeno tijelo uređaja, navedeni aktuator kreće se aksijalno i rotira s navedenim elementom za podešavanje doze u odnosu na navedeno tijelo uređaja tijekom podešavanja doze, navedeni aktuator kreće se aksijalno i nerotirajuće u odnosu na navedeno tijelo uređaja tijekom isporuke doze, navedeni element za podešavanje doze rotira u odnosu na navedeni aktuator tijekom isporuke doze u korelaciji s količinom isporučene doze; i modul za detekciju doze iz bilo kojeg od patentnih zahtjeva 1-13.
