Claims (12)
1. Postupak sazrijevanja plodova, osobito banana, pri čemu se plodovi koji sazrijevaju raspoređuju u prostoru za sazrijevanje nepropusnim za plin (2), a tijekom sazrijevanja plodova mjeri se njihova respiracijska aktivnost, pri čemu se u prostoru za sazrijevanje (2) postavlja i kontrolira unaprijed određena koncentracija etilena koja se mijenja tijekom trajanja procesa zrenja, naznačen time, da se koncentracija etilena mijenja kao funkcija povećanja koncentracije CO2 i / ili kao funkcija smanjenja koncentracije O2.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da se zrenje nadzire i kontrolira ovisno o respiraciji plodova kao funkcija koncentracije CO2, koncentracije O2 i koncentracije etilena u prostoru za sazrijevanje (2).
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da se tijekom uvođenja plina etilena koncentracija etilena postavlja u rasponu od 50 ppm do 300 ppm, po mogućnosti u rasponu od 80 do 250 ppm.
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time, da se nakon unaprijed određenog vremenskog perioda koncentracija etilena održava konstantnom na nižoj razini, posebno na najviše 50 ppm, po mogućnosti najviše 30 ppm.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se postupak sazrijevanja sastoji od nekoliko faza, koje karakteriziraju njihove koncentracije plina, pri čemu su u prvoj fazi i završnoj fazi, stalno povećavanje koncentracije CO2 ili odsutnost povećavanja koncentracije CO2, mjerljivi u prostoru za sazrijevanje (2).
6. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time, da se u međufazu uvodi plin etilen čim se, u prvoj fazi, izmjeri konstantno povećanje koncentracije CO2 i / ili konstantno smanjenje koncentracije O2.
7. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5 ili 6, naznačen time, da se u završnoj fazi koncentracija CO2 i / ili koncentracija O2 održava konstantnom.
8. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačen time, da se u međufazi regulira ciljna vrijednost opskrbe etilenom, odnosno smanjuje ili povećava kao funkcija koncentracije ugljičnog dioksida, kako bi se spriječilo prebrzo sazrijevanje ili kako bi se potaknuo proces sazrijevanja.
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se temperatura (zraka i voća) u prostoru za sazrijevanje (2), a time i plodova, nadzire i / ili kontrolira i / ili pri čemu se parametri mjere kontinuirano ili u intervalima.
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se mjerenja obavljaju ručno i / ili na automatiziran način i po izboru, pomoću algoritma, dodjeljuje se stupanj sazrijevanja opisan indeksom sazrijevanja.
11. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačen time, da je mjerenje stupnja sazrijevanja dio kontrolne petlje unutar metode.
12. Komora za sazrijevanje (1) za plodove koji sazrijevaju i nakon berbe (klimakterični plodovi), koja sadržava prostor za sazrijevanje nepropustan za plin (2), naznačena time, da je komora za sazrijevanje (1) projektirana za izvođenje postupka u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva i opremljena je sredstvima za stalnu cirkulaciju zraka u prostoru za sazrijevanje (2), pri čemu komora za sazrijevanje (1) ima odgovarajuća sredstva (4, 5, 6) za mjerenje koncentracije etilena, koncentracije CO2, koncentracije O2 i po izboru temperature unutar prostora za sazrijevanje (2) kao i odgovarajuća sredstva (6) za analizu dobivenih izmjerenih vrijednosti i sredstvo (16) koje je povezano sa sredstvom za analizu (6) i koje je namijenjeno kontroli koncentracije etilena u prostoru za sazrijevanje (2) komore (1), i po izboru sadržava dodatno sredstvo (7, 8, 9, 10, 15) koje je povezano sa sredstvom za analizu (6) i koje je namijenjeno kontroliranju atmosfere u prostoru za sazrijevanje (2) komora (1).
