Claims (16)

1. Uređaj za prikaz povijesti proizvoda, koji sadrži sljedeće slojeve: (a) pokrovni sloj (1), nepropustan za vlagu, (b) indikatorski sloj (2), koji sadrži najmanje jedan indikator, (c) aktivatorski sloj (3), koji sadrži najmanje jedan aktivator, kao i (d) izborni usporavajući sloj (4), gdje se pokrovni sloj nalazi iznad indikatorskog, aktivatorskog i usporavajućeg sloja, gdje se indikatorski sloj nalazi između pokrovnog i izbornog usporavajućeg sloja, i gdje aktivatorski sloj može biti odsutan kada se upotrebljava indikator kojeg aktivira H2O, naznačen time što najmanje jedan od slojeva sadrži celulozni derivat kojeg se bira između hidroksipropilmetilceluloze (HPMC), metilceluloze (MC), hidroksipropilceluloze (HPC), karboksimetilceluloze (CMC) i njihove smjese, po mogućnosti HPMC.
2. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što indikatorski sloj sadrži indikator pH, po mogućnosti antocijaninsku boju, a aktivatorski sloj sadrži kiselinu ili bazu kao aktivator.
3. Uređaj u skladu s jednim ili više patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 2, naznačen time što indikatorski i/ili aktivatorski sloj sadrži najmanje jednu higroskopnu sol koju se po mogućnosti bira iz skupine koju čine magnezijev, kalijev i kalcijev klorid.
4. Uređaj u skladu s najmanje jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što se aktivatorski sloj (d) načini od 2-30, po mogućnosti 3-8, poželjnije 4-6 uzastopnih pojedinačnih slojeva i/ili što se indikatorski sloj (c) načini od 2-40, po mogućnosti 4-10, poželjnije 6-8 uzastopnih pojedinačnih slojeva.
5. Uređaj u skladu s najmanje jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što su slojevi (a), (b), (c) i (d) posloženi na sljedeći način: (a) pokrovni sloj (1), (b) indikatorski sloj (2), (d) izborni usporavajući sloj (4) i (c) aktivatorski sloj (3), ili (a) pokrovni sloj (1), (c) aktivatorski sloj (3), (b) indikatorski sloj (2) i (d) izborni usporavajući sloj (4), ili (a) pokrovni sloj (1), (b) indikatorski sloj (2), (c) aktivatorski sloj (3) i (d) izborni usporavajući sloj (4).
6. Uređaj u skladu s najmanje jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-5, naznačen time što se primjenjuje na ambalažu proizvoda.
7. Zaštićeni uređaj, naznačen time što sadrži uređaj u skladu s najmanje jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-5 kao i zaštitni sloj, gdje se zaštitni sloj primjenjuje na najizvanjskiji sloj, nasuprot pokrovnom sloju, uređaja u skladu s najmanje jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-5.
8. Uređaj u skladu s najmanje jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-5 ili zaštićeni uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što je uređaj ili zaštićeni uređaj u obliku namotane trake.
9. Postupak proizvodnje uređaja u skladu s najmanje jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što se jedan ili više slojeva prisutnih u uređaju načini provođenjem jednom ili više puta uzastopce radnih koraka (i) i (ii): (i) otiskivanja i (ii) sušenja otisnutog sloja.
10. Postupak proizvodnje uređaja u skladu s najmanje jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što se sastoji od sljedećih koraka: (A-1) pripreme pokrovnog sloja (1), (A-2) oblaganja pokrovnog sloja (1) indikatorskim slojem (2), (A-3) sušenja indikatorskog sloja (2), kako bi se dobilo slog (A); (B-1) pripreme usporavajućeg sloja (4), (B-2) oblaganja usporavajućeg sloja (4) aktivatorskim slojem (3), (B-3) sušenja aktivatorskog sloja (3), kako bi se dobio slog (B); (C) laminiranja slogova (A) i (B).
11. Postupak proizvodnje uređaja u skladu s najmanje jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što se sastoji od sljedećih koraka: (A’-1) pripreme pokrovnog sloja (1), (A’-2) oblaganja pokrovnog sloja (a) aktivatorskim slojem (3), (A’-3) sušenja aktivatorskog sloja (3), kako bi se dobio slog (A’); (B’-1) pripreme usporavajućeg sloja (d), (B’-2) oblaganja usporavajućeg sloja (d) indikatorskim slojem (2), (B’-3) sušenja indikatorskog sloja (2), kako bi se dobio slog (B’); (C’) laminiranja slogova (A’) i (B’).
12. Postupak proizvodnje uređaja u skladu s najmanje jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što se priprema prvi sloj, kojeg se bira između pokrovnog i usporavajućeg sloja; te gdje se daljnji slojevi uređaja primjenjuju uzastopno, prema redoslijedu njihovog slaganja u uređaju; što se, barem tijekom primjene indikatorskog i aktivatorskog sloja, sloj kojeg se primjenjuje ranije osuši prije primjene sloja kojeg se primjenjuje kasnije i gdje se jednu ili više komponenata sloja kojeg se primjenjuje kasnije priprema i primjenjuje u lako hlapljivom organskom otapalu, gdje između indikatorskog i aktivatorskog sloja nema daljnjih slojeva ili gdje se između indikatorskog i aktivatorskog sloja nalazi jedan ili više daljnjih slojeva.
13. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time što sušenje najmanje jednog sloja uključuje grijanje sloja do temperature u rasponu od 40-150 °C, po mogućnosti 50-140 °C, poželjnije 60-120 °C i osobito po mogućnosti 70-100 °C, i/ili gdje se sušenje najmanje jednog sloja provodi u vakuumu.
14. Postupak proizvodnje uređaja u skladu s najmanje jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što se najmanje jedan sloj, kojeg se bira između indikatorskog i aktivatorskog sloja, dobiva primjenom odgovarajuće komponente ili odgovarajućih komponenata u obliku čestica, gdje se primjenu čestica provodi bilo upotrebom aerosola, po mogućnosti prskanjem uz pomoć stlačenog zraka, ili upotrebom tiskarskog valjka, po mogućnosti uz pomoć električnog nabijanja čestica i/ili tiskarskog valjka.
15. Ambalaža za duboko smrznuti proizvod, naznačena time što sadrži uređaj u skladu s jednim ili više prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6.
16. Duboko smrznuti proizvod, naznačen time što ima ambalažu u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 15.
