Claims (15)
1. Peptid koji se sastoji od aminokiselinske sekvence u skladu s ID br. SEKV 5 (MXRA5-001), pri čemu navedeni peptid ima sposobnost vezivanja s molekulom humanog glavnog kompleksa gena tkivne podudarnosti (MHC) klase I.
2. Peptid u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, pri čemu navedeni peptid uključuje nepeptidne veze.
3. Peptid u skladu s bilo kojim patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, pri čemu je navedeni peptid dio fuzijske bjelančevine i koji je fuzioniran u N-terminalne aminokiseline HLA-DR invarijantnog lanca vezanog za antigene (Ii), ili je fuzioniran na antitijelo.
4. Nukleinska kiselina, koja kodira peptid u skladu s bilo kojim patentnim zahtjevom od 1 do 3, koji je DNK, cDNK, PNK, RNK ili kombinacija istih, ili vektor ekspresije koji eksprimira navedenu nukleinsku kiselinu.
5. Peptid u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 3, nukleinska kiselina ili vektor ekspresije u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4 za upotrebu u medicini.
6. Stanica domaćin koja se sastoji od nukleinske kiseline ili vektora ekspresije u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4.
7. Stanica domaćin u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, pri čemu je navedena stanica domaćin antigen prezentirajuća stanica, kao što je, na primjer, dendritična stanica.
8. Izolirano sredstvo za vezivanje koje se specifično vezuje za peptid u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, ili za peptid u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 sadržanim u kompleksu navedenog peptida s MHC-molekulom.

Izolirano sredstvo za vezivanje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8 koje je odabrano iz antitijela ili fragmenta istog, T-staničnog receptora (TCR) i topljivog TCR (sTCR) ili fragmenta istog, pri čemu navedeni fragment navedenog antitijela, navedeni TCR ili navedeni sTCR održavaju svojstvo specifičnog vezivanja za peptid u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1.
10. Farmaceutska smjesa ili farmaceutski prihvatljiva sol istog koja se sastoji od peptida u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 3, nukleinska kiselina u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, vektor ekspresije u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, ili izolirano sredstvo za vezivanje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8 ili 9, i najmanje jedna druga komponenta odabrana iz grupe farmaceutski prihvatljivih nosača i/ili pomoćnih sredstava.
11. In vitro metoda za proizvodnju aktiviranih citotoksičnih T- limfocita (CTL) ili T pomoćne stanice (Th stanica), metoda je koja obuhvaća kontaktiranje in vitro CTL-a ili Th stanice humanim MHC molekulama klase I s umetnutim antigenima koji se eksprimiraju na površini odgovarajuće stanice koja prezentira antigen u vremenskom razdoblju dovoljnom da se aktivira navedeni CTL na način svojstven antigenu, pri čemu je navedeni antigen peptid u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1.
12. Aktivirani citotoksični T- limfocit (CTL) ili T pomoćna stanica (Th stanica), proizvedeni metodom u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, pri čemu navedeni CTL ili Th stanica selektivno prepoznaje stanicu koja predstavlja peptid u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1.
13. Autologne ili alogene humane citotoksične T stanice (CTL) ili T pomoćne stanice (Th stanice), rekombinantno transfektirane T-staničnim receptorom u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8 ili 9.
14. Peptid u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 3, nukleinska kiselina ili vektor ekspresije u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, stanica u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6 ili 7, aktivirani citotoksični T- limfocit u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12 ili antitijelo ili TCR ili sTCR u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8 ili 9 za upotrebu u liječenju karcinoma.
15. Peptid u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 3, nukleinska kiselina ili vektor ekspresije u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, stanica u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6 ili 7, aktivirani citotoksični T- limfociti u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12 ili antitijelo ili TCR ili sTCR u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8 ili 9 za upotrebu u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 14, pri čemu je navedeni karcinom odabran iz nemikrocelularnog karcinoma pluća (NSCLC), karcinoma pluća, karcinoma želuca i glioblastoma.
