Claims (14)
1. Postupak lijevanja odljevaka (G), u kojem se rastaljeni metal izlijeva u kalup za lijevanje koji obuhvaća šupljinu (3) tvoreći odljevak kojeg treba proizvesti, gdje se kalup za lijevanje (2), dizajniran kao izgubljeni kalup, sastoji od jednog ili više dijelova ili jezgara kalupa za lijevanje načinjenih od materijala za kalup koji se sastoji od osnovnog pijeska, veziva i, izborno, jednog ili više aditiva za podešavanje odgovarajućih svojstava materijala za kalup, koji se sastoji u sljedećim radnim koracima:
– osiguravanja kalupa za lijevanje (2);
– komora kalupa za lijevanje (2) u kućištu (7) tvori prostor za ispunu (10) između najmanje jednog dijela unutarnje površine (9) kućišta (7) i odgovarajućeg dijela vanjske površine (8) kalupa za lijevanje (2);
– ispunjavanja prostora za ispunu (10) tekućim materijalom za ispunu (F);
– izlijevanja rastaljenog metala u kalup za lijevanje (2),
– gdje, zbog izlijevanja rastaljenog metala, kalup za lijevanje (2) počne zračiti toplinu, kao posljedicu uvođenja topline koju uzrokuje vrući rastaljeni metal, i
– gdje, kao posljedica uvođenja topline koju uzrokuje rastaljeni metal, vezivo u materijalu kalupa počne isparavati i izgarati, tako da gubi svoj učinak, te se kalup za lijevanje (2) raspadne u komadiće (B);
naznačen time što
materijal za ispunu (F) izliven u prostor za ispunu (10) ima tako nisku gustoću zasipa da kroz materijal za ispunu pakiranja kojeg tvori materijal za ispunu (F) nakon ispunjavanja prostora za ispunu (10) može prodrijeti struja plina (S1, S2), te što, prilikom ispunjavanja prostora za ispunu (10), materijal za ispunu (F) ima minimalnu temperaturu (Tmin) od najmanje 500 °C, počevši od koje temperatura materijala za ispunu (F) poraste kao rezultat topline obrade koja nastaje iz topline koja zrači iz kalupa za lijevanje (2) i iz topline koju se otpušta prilikom izgaranja veziva, do iznad granične temperature (Tgran) kod koje se vezivo koje isparava iz kalupa za lijevanje (2) i dolazi u kontakt s materijalom za ispunu (F) zapali i počne gorjeti.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što umnožak P gustoće zasipa Sd i specifičnog toplinskog kapaciteta cp iznosi najviše 1 kJ/dm3K.
3. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što gustoća zasipa Sd iznosi najviše 4 kg/dm3.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što materijal za ispunu (F) posjeduje specifični toplinski kapacitet cp od najviše 1 kJ/kgK.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je materijal za ispunu (F) načinjen od granula prosječnog promjera od 1,5-100 mm.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što granična temperatura (Tgran) iznosi 700 °C.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što komora ima ulaz plina (15) i izlaz za ispušne plinove (19), te što kroz materijal za ispunu (F) sadržan u prostoru za ispunu (10), u najmanju ruku povremeno i u izvjesnim odjeljcima, protječe struja plina koji sadrži kisik (S1, S2).
8. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačen time što se struju plina (S1, S2) grije do temperature iznad sobne temperature.
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 6 do 8, naznačen time što se struju plina (S1, S2) regulira ovisno o volumnom protoku ispušnih plinova koji izlaze iz izlaza za ispušne plinove (19).
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 6 do 9, naznačen time što se mjerenje ispušnih plinova provodi na izlazu za plinove izgaranja (19), te što se struju plina (S1, S2) regulira ovisno o rezultatu tog mjerenja.
11. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 6 do 10, naznačen time što se dio struje plinova izgaranja koji izlaze iz izlaza za ispušne plinove (19) pomiješa sa strujom plina koji sadrži kisik (S1, S2), a dobivenu smjesu se uvodi u kućište (7).
12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je kućište (7) opremljeno katalitičkim pretvornikom radi razgradnje štetnih tvari sadržanih u proizvodima izgaranja veziva.
13. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se kalup za lijevanje (2) postavi na sitasto podnožje (1), te što se komadiće (B) kalupa za lijevanje (2) i materijal za ispunu (F), koji se procijede zajedno kroz sitasto podnožje (1), prikupi i obradi zajedno, te međusobno razdvoji nakon obrade.
14. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se, nakon raspadanja kalupa za lijevanje (2), nad odljevkom (G) provodi toplinsku obradu prilikom koje se ohladi na kontrolirani način prema specificiranoj krivulji hlađenja.
