Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un método para colar partes coladas en el cual se proporciona un molde de colado el cual consiste de una o más partes o núcleos de molde de colado los cuales son fabricados de un material de moldeo que consiste de arena para núcleos, aglutinante y aditivos opcionales. El molde de colado (2) está cerrado en un alojamiento, formando un espacio de relleno (10) entre una sección superficial interior del alojamiento y una sección superficial exterior asociada del molde de colado (2). El espacio de relleno (10) entonces es llenado con un material de relleno que puede fluir libremente (F) y metal fundido es vertido en el molde de colado (2). Éste comienza a irradiar calor como resultado del vertido del metal fundido. Como consecuencia de la entrada de calor mediante el metal fundido, el aglutinante del material de moldeo comienza a evaporarse y quemarse. De esta manera pierde su efecto y el molde de colado (2) se desintegra. De acuerdo con la invención el material de relleno (F) tiene una densidad aparente tan baja que un flujo de gas (S1, S2) puede fluir a través del paquete de material de relleno formado por el material de relleno (F) en el espacio de relleno. Durante el llenado del espacio de relleno, el material de relleno (F) tiene una temperatura mínima, a partir de la cual la temperatura del material de relleno (F) se eleva, como resultado del calor de proceso que se genera mediante el calor irradiado del molde de colado (2) y a través del calor liberado durante la combustión del aglutinante, más allá de una temperatura límite a la cual el aglutinante que se evapora se enciende y se quema.
