Claims (16)
1. Postupak za ponovno dobivanje ili generiranje klorovodične kiseline iz otopine koja sadrži jedan ili više metalnih klorida, te navedeni postupak sadrži:
1. dovođenje napojne otopine koja sadrži najmanje jedan metalni klorid u elektrolitičku ćeliju koja sadrži anodnu komoru u kojoj se nalazi anoda i katodnu komoru u kojoj se nalazi katoda, te su anodna komora i katodna komora odvojene anionskom izmjenjivačkom membranom; pri čemu se napojna otopina dovodi u katodnu komoru;
2. primjenu električne struje na elektrolitičku ćeliju koja je dovoljna za stvaranje plinovitih vodikovih i hidroksidnih iona na katodi, pri čemu se metalni kloridi disociraju tako da tvore metalne ione i kloridne ione, te metalni ioni reagiraju s hidroksidnim ionima tako da tvore metalne hidrokside i kloridni ioni prolaze kroz anionsku izmjenjivačku membranu; pri čemu se kloridni ioni podvrgavaju oksidaciji na anodi u anodnoj komori da se dobije plinoviti klor; te pri čemu se plinoviti klor i plinoviti vodik miješaju dok se uklanjaju iz elektrolitičke ćelije i prikupljaju se primjenom negativnog tlaka;
3. reakciju plinovitog klora i plinovitog vodika u prisutnosti katalizatora s aktivnim ugljenom da se dobije plinoviti klorovodik; i
4. kondenziranje plinovitog klorovodika u jednoj ili više kondenzacijskih komora pri čemu jedna ili više kondenzacijskih komora obuhvaćaju vodu.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 naznačen time što napojna otopina sadrži najmanje jedan natrijev klorid, kalijev klorid, magnezijev klorid, manganov klorid, kalcijev klorid, željezov(II) klorid, željezov(III) klorid, cinkov klorid, niklov klorid, bakrov klorid, stroncijev klorid, barijev klorid i aluminijev klorid.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2 naznačen time što napojna otopina nadalje sadrži solnu kiselinu.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3 naznačen time što se talože metalni hidroksidi i sakupljaju se na katodi.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4 naznačen time što se plinoviti klor i plinoviti vodik miješaju u komori za miješanje nakon prikupljanja i uklanjanja iz elektrolitičke ćelije.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5 naznačen time što se reakcija plinovitog klora i plinovitog vodika odvija na temperaturi od 170°C do 200°C.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6 naznačen time što je proizvedena klorovodična kiselina koncentrirana klorovodična kiselina koja ima koncentraciju veću od 20% (6.02M).
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7 naznačen time što je napojna otopina vodeni pripravak koji sadrži metalne kloride.
9. Postupak prema zahtjevu 8 naznačen time što vodeni pripravak sadrži najmanje jedan natrijev klorid, kalijev klorid, magnezijev klorid, manganov klorid, kalcijev klorid, željezov(II) klorid, željezov(III) klorid, cinkov klorid, niklov klorid, bakrov klorid, barijev klorid, stroncijev klorid i aluminijev klorid.
10. Postupak prema zahtjevu 8 naznačen time što je vodeni pripravak dobiven iz industrijskog procesa.
11. Postupak prema zahtjevu 10 naznačen time što industrijski postupak je postupak završne obrade metala, postupak metalnog jetkanja, postupak ekstrakcije metala, proces prerade minerala, proces ekstrakcije plina iz ugljena, postupak ekstrakcije plina iz škriljca ili postupak ekstrakcije nafte iz škriljca.
12. Postupak prema zahtjevu 8 naznačen time što je vodeni pripravak jedan od opasnih pripravaka za okoliš odabranih od kiselih pripravaka i pripravaka koji sadrže toksične metalne kloride; otpadnu tekućinu za kiseljenje; otpadni proizvod slane otopine iz ekstrakcije plina iz škriljca ili ekstrakcije plina iz škriljca; ili morska voda.
13. Uređaj za ponovno dobivanje ili generiranje klorovodične kiseline naznačen time što sadrži:
1. elektrolitičku ćeliju koja sadrži:
a. anodnu komoru koja sadrži anodu, ulaz i izlaz;
b. katodnu komoru koja sadrži katodu, ulaz i izlaz; pri čemu ulaz služi za dovod napojne otopine koja sadrži najmanje jedan metalni klorid u katodnu komoru;
c. membranu za anionsku izmjenu koja odvaja anodnu komoru i katodnu komoru;
2. katalitički reaktor koji obuhvaća katalizator pri čemu katalizator je aktivni ugljen za reakciju plinovitog vodika i plinovitog klora; navedeni reaktor ima ulaz povezan s izlazom katodne komore i izlazom anodne komore i izlaz koji je povezan s najmanje jednom komorom za kondenzaciju; te pri čemu se izlaz iz anode i izlaz iz katode kombiniraju u jedan cjevovod, ili oba ulaze i isti cjevovod, kako bi se omogućilo miješanje plinovitog vodika i plinovitog klora dok napuštaju elektrolitičku ćeliju i prije nego što uđu u katalitički reaktor; i
3. najmanje jednu kondenzacijsku komoru za kondenzaciju plinovitog klorovodika, pri čemu navedena kondenzacijska komora sadrži vodu; i
4. pumpu za stvaranje negativnog tlaka unutar uređaja.
14. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 13 naznačen time što se katalizator od aktivnog ugljena nalazi u katalitičkom reaktoru između ulaza i izlaza.
15. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 13 ili zahtjevu 14 naznačen time što ima jednu kondenzacijsku komoru.
16. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 13 ili zahtjevu 14 naznačen time što sadrži više od jedne kondenzacijske komore koje su smještene uzastopno
