Claims (15)

1. Postupak hidroobrade šarže ugljikovodika koja obuhvaća spojeve koji sadrže spojeve koji sadrže dušik u količini od više od 250 ppm masenih i koja ima ponderiranu prosječnu temperaturu od više od 380°C, naznačen time da sadrži slijedeće korake: a) dovođenje navedene šarže ugljikovodika u kontakt, u prisutnosti vodika, s barem jednim prvim katalizatorom koji sadrži amorfnu podlogu baziranu na aluminijevom oksidu, fosforu, i aktivnu fazu koju tvori barem jedan metal iz skupine VIB u obliku oksida i barem jedan metal iz skupine VIII u obliku oksida, navedeni prvi katalizator pripremljen je u skladu s postupkom koji obuhvaća barem jedan korak kalcinacije; b) dovođenje efluenta dobivenog u koraku a) u kontakt, u prisutnosti vodika, s barem jednim drugim katalizatorom koji sadrži amorfnu podlogu baziranu na aluminijevom oksidu, fosfor, aktivnu fazu koju tvori barem jedan metal iz skupine VIB i barem jedan metal iz skupine VIII, te barem jedan organski spoj koji sadrži kisik i/ili dušik, navedeni drugi katalizator se priprema u skladu s postupkom koji obuhvaća slijedeće korake: i) dovođenje barem jedne komponente metala iz skupine VIB, barem jedne komponente metala iz skupine VIII, fosfora i barem jednog organskog spoja koji sadrži kisik i/ili dušik u kontakt s podlogom, tako da se dobije katalitički prekursor; ii) sušenje navedenog katalitičkog prekursora dobivenog iz koraka i) kod temperature od manje od 200°C, bez naknadne kalcinacije; da se dobije hidroobrađeni efluent.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 naznačen time da, za katalizator iz koraka a) ili b), metal iz skupine VIB je odabran od molibdena, volframa i smjese ta dva elementa, i metal iz skupine VIII je odabran od kobalta, nikla i smjese ta dva elementa.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2 naznačen time da, za katalizator iz koraka a) ili b), količina metala iz skupine VIB je u rasponu 5% do 40 masenih % oksida metala iz skupine VIB u odnosu na ukupnu masu katalizatora, količina metala iz skupine VIII je u rasponu 1% do 10 masenih % oksida metala iz skupine VIII u odnosu na ukupnu masu katalizatora, i količina fosfora je u rasponu 0.1% do 10 masenih % P2O5 u odnosu na ukupnu masu katalizatora.
4. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da katalizator iz koraka a) ili b) nadalje sadrži barem jednu primjesu koja se bira od bora i fluora i smjese bora i fluora.
5. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da organski spoj je jedan ili više spojeva koji se biraju od karboksilne kiseline, alkohola, aldehida, estera, amina, aminokarboksilne kiseline, aminoalkohola, nitrila i amida.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da organski spoj je jedan ili više spojeva koji se biraju od etilen glikola, glicerola, polietilen glikola (s molekularnom masom od 200 do 1500), acetofenona, 2,4-pentanediona, pentanola, octene kiseline, maleinske kiseline, oksalne kiseline, vinske kiseline, mravlje kiseline, limunske kiseline i C1-C4 dialkil sukcinata.
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da organski spoj sadrži barem kombinaciju C1-C4 dialkil sukcinata i octene kiseline ili u kojem organski spoj sadrži barem limunsku kiselinu.
8. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da se katalizator iz koraka a) ili b) također podvrgava koraku sulfurizacije.
9. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time da je količina bazičnog dušika u šarži 60 ppm ili više.
10. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da se svaki od koraka a) i b) provodi kod temperature u rasponu od 200°C do 450°C, kod pritiska u rasponu 0.5 do 30 MPa, kod satne prostorne brzine u rasponu 0.1 do 20 h-1 i uz omjer vodik/dovod, izraženo kao volumen vodika mjereno kod uvjeta normalne temperature i tlaka, po volumenu tekuće šarže u rasponu 50 L/L do 2000 L/L.
11. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time da se korak a) provodi u prvoj zoni koja sadrži prvi katalizator koji zauzima volumen V1, te se korak b) provodi u drugog zoni koja sadrži drugi katalizator koji zauzima volumen V2, distribucija volumena, V1/V2, je u rasponu 10 volumenskih % /90 volumenskih % do 50 volumenskih % /50 volumenskih % redom za prvu i drugu zonu.
12. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time da korak i) iz koraka b) sadrži slijedeće uzastopne korake: i') impregniranje amorfne podloge bazirane na aluminijevom oksidu s barem jednom otopinom koja sadrži barem jedan metal iz skupine VIB, barem jedan metal iz skupine VIII i navedeni fosfor kako bise dobilo impregniranu podlogu; i") sušenje impregnirane podloge dobivene u koraku i') kod temperature od manje od 180°C bez naknadne kalcinacije kako bi se dobila osušena impregnirana podloga; i"') impregniranje osušene impregnirane podloge dobivene u koraku i") s otopinom za impregniranje koja sadrži barem jedan organski spoj koji sadrži kisik i/ili dušik kako bi se dobilo impregnirani katalitički prekursor; i"") ostavljanje da impregnirani katalitički prekursor dobiven u koraku i"') to mature, kako bi se dobilo navedeni katalitički prekursor.
13. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time da se efluent dobiven u koraku a) podvrgava koraku odvajanja kako bi se odvojila teška frakcija i lagana frakcija koje sadrže H2S i NH3 koji nastaje tijekom koraka a), navedena teška frakcija se zatim uvodi u korak b).
14. Postupak hidrokrekiranja koji koristi postupak hidroobrade prema zahtjevima 1 do 13, naznačen time da se navedeni hidroobrađeni efluent dovodi u kontakt, u prisutnosti vodika i pod uvjetima rada hidrokrekiranja, s barem jednim katalizatorom za hidrokrekiranje kako bi se dobio hidrokrekirani efluent.
15. Postupak fluidnog katalitičkog krekiranja koji koristi postupak hidroobrade prema zahtjevima 1 do 13, naznačen time da se navedeni hidroobrađeni efluent dovodi u kontakt, pod uvjetima rada katalitičkog krekiranja, s barem jednim katalizatorom za katalitičko krekiranje kako bi se dobio krekirani efluent.
