Claims (11)

1. Termoizolacijski ekspandirani proizvodi, koji imaju gustoću u rasponu od 5 do 50 g/l, koji se mogu načiniti iz kompozicija čestica ekspandibilnih viniliranih aromatskih polimera, koji sadrže: a. 10-90%, masenih, zrna/granula ekspandibilnog viniliranog aromatskog polimera, pigmentiranog atermalnim materijalom koji sadrži od 0,5 do 25%, masenih, koksa u obliku čestica prosječne veličine čestica (dimenzijski) u rasponu od 0,5 do 100 μm i površine, izmjerene u skladu s ASTM D-3037-89 (BET), u rasponu od 5 do 50 m2/g; b. 90-10%, masenih, zrna/granula uglavnom bijelog ekspandibilnog viniliranog aromatskog polimera.
2. Ekspandirani proizvodi u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, pri čemu uglavnom bijela granula (b) sadrži od 0,05 do 25%, masenih, mineralnog punila, naznačenog time što ima indeks bjeline manji od 22 i veličinu čestica od 0,1 do 50 μm.
3. Ekspandirani proizvodi u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, koji sadrže sustav za usporavanje gorenja koji sadrži od 0,1 do 8%, masenih, u odnosu na polimer (a) i/ili (b), bromiranog samougasivog aditiva koji sadrži najmanje 30%, masenih, broma i od 0,02 do 2%, masenih, u odnosu na polimer (a) i/ili (b) sinergističkog sredstva koje sadrži najmanje jednu slabu vezu C-C ili O-O.
4. Kompozicije zrna/granula viniliranog aromatskog polimera, pogodnog za upotrebu u pripravi termoizolacijskih ekspandiranih proizvoda, koje sadrže: a. 10-90%, masenih, zrna/granula ekspandibilnog/ekspandiranog viniliranog aromatskog polimera, pigmentiranog atermalnim materijalom koji sadrži 0,5 do 25%, masenih, koksa u obliku čestica prosječne veličine čestica (dimenzijski) u rasponu od 0,5 do 100 μm i površine, izmjerene u skladu s ASTM D-3037-89 (BET), od 5 do 50 m2/g; b. 90-10%, masenih, zrna/granula uglavnom bijelog ekspandibilnog/ekspandiranog viniliranog aromatskog polimera.
5. Kompozicije u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, pri čemu uglavnom bijelo zrno/granula (b) sadrži od 0,05 do 25%, masenih, mineralnog punila, naznačenog time što ima indeks bjeline manji od 22 i veličinu čestica (dimenzijski) od 0,1 do 50 μm.
6. Kompozicije u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4 ili 5, koje sadrže sustav za usporavanje gorenja koji uključuje od 0,1 do 8%, masenih, u odnosu na polimer (a) i/ili (b), bromiranog samougasivog aditiva koji sadrži najmanje 30%, masenih, broma i od 0,02 do 2%, masenih, u odnosu na polimer (a) i/ili (b), sinergističkog sredstva koje sadrži najmanje jednu slabu vezu C-C ili O-O.
7. Kompozicije u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, 5 ili 6, pri čemu se ekspandibilna zrna/granule, oba tipa (a) i (b), sastoje od viniliranih aromatskih polimera i/ili kopolimera prosječne molekulske mase MW u rasponu od 50.000 do 300.000.
8. Kompozicije u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva od 4 do 7, pri čemu su ekspandibilna zrna/granule uglavnom sferične, s prosječnim promjerom u rasponu od 0,2 do 2 mm, unutar kojih su atermalno punilo, polimeri (a) i moguće mineralno punilo, te polimeri (b) homogeno dispergirani.
9. Proizvodi i kompozicije u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se ekspandibilni polimer od zrna/granula (a) i onaj od zrna/granula (b) pripravlja suspendovanjem, ekstruzijom ili masovno.
10. Proizvodi i kompozicije u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu ekspandibilni polimer u zrnima/granulama (a) sadrži sustav za usporavanje gorenja.
11. Kompozicija u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu samo ekspandibilni polimer u zrnima/granulama (b) sadrži sustav za usporavanje gorenja.
