Claims (8)

1. Ekspandirani, celularni materijal naznačen time da sadrži najmanje 50 tež.% već iskorištene PET-smole i manje od 50 tež.% djevičanske PET smole, dobiveno prethodnim čišćenjem već prethodno izrabljene PET smole od prašine i vlage miješanja i filtriranja u dodatnom koraku ekstruzije, pri tom se unutrašnja viskoznost polimera poboljšava u postupku istiskivanja pjene i povećava upotrebom reaktivnog aditiva, u smjesu se uvodi fizičko sredstvo za puhanje a intrinzična viskoznosti ekstrudera koji izlazi iz pjene veća je od 1,2 ml / g, poželjno iznad 1,35 ml / g, a gustoća je između 40 i 200 kg / m3, poželjno između 50 i 150 kg / m3, pri čemu (A) reaktivni dodatak je koncentrat koji se sastoji od (i) kopolimer etilen-akrilata, (ii) termoplastične smole visoke temperature koja je odabrana iz skupine koja se sastoji od visokotemperaturne termoplastične smole koja ima 1) talište ne manje od 200 ° C za kristalnu ili 2) temperaturu stakla koja nije niža od 140 ° C za amorfne polimere i (iii) višenamjenskog spoja odabranog između jednog ili više sastojaka koji se protežu / razgranati lanac koji imaju ili talište ili temperaturu reakcije veću od 140 ° C, pri čemu odabran višenamjenski spoj je iz skupine koju čine tetrakarboksilni dihidrid, poliepoksidi, oksazolini, oksazini, acilaktami i antioksidanti koji sadrže sterilno ometane fenolne krajnje skupine ili njihove mješavine; i (B) fizikalno sredstvo za puhanje je ili ugljikovodik, fluorougljik, argon, dušik, CO2 ili njihova smjesa.
2. Ekspandirani, celularni materijal prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da još sadrži sredstvo za usporavanje plamena ili mješavinu usporivača plamena za poboljšanje svojstva vatre.
3. Ekspandirani, celularni materijal prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da sadrži sredstva za poticanje nukleacije i punila.
4. Postupak za proizvodnju ekspandiranog celularnog materijala prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1-3, naznačen time da sadrži najmanje 50 tež.% PET već upotrebljene smole i manje od 50 tež.% čiste PET smole tako da već upotrebljena PET smola pažljivo se očisti od prašine i vlage, složi i filtrira u ekstruderu i nakon toga granulira, pri čemu se tijekom naknadno pjenastog istiskivanja granuliranog materijala povećava viskoznost iskorištene smole pomoću reaktivnih aditiva i fizikalno sredstvo za puhanje se unosi u smjesu, pri čemu (A) reaktivni aditiv je koncentrat koji se sastoji (i) kopolimer etilen-akrilata, (ii) termoplastična smola visoke temperature koja je odabrana iz skupine koja se sastoji od visokotemperaturne termoplastične smole koja ima 1) talište ne manje od 200 ° C za kristalnu ili 2) temperaturu stakla koja nije niža od 140 ° C za amorfne polimere i (iii) višenamjenski spoj izabran od jednog ili više sastojaka koji se protežu / razgranatim lancem koji imaju ili talište ili temperaturu reakcije veću od 140 ° C, pri čemu multifunkcionalni spoj je izabran iz skupine koja se sastoji od tetrakarboksilnog dihidhidida, poliepoksida, oksazolina, oksazina, acilaktama i antioksidanata koji sadrže sterilno ometane fenolne krajnje grupe ili njihove smjese; (B) fizikalno sredstvo za puhanje je ili ugljikovodik, fluoro-ugljik, argon, dušik, CO2 ili njihova smjesa; i (C) izraz "pažljivo očišćen" znači od prašine i vlage.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time, da se dodaju agensi za poticanje nukleacije i punila.
6. Predmet naznačen time da sadrži pjenu prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3.
7. Proizvod u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačen time da se koristi za toplinsku i / ili zvučnu izolaciju.
8.
