Claims (11)
1. Teško zapaljive pigmentne disperzije (masterbatch) za uporabu u termoplastičnom polimeru, obuhvaćaju polimerni nosač i smjesu ugljikovih nanocijevi te drugu komponentu, gdje su ugljikove nanocijevi prisutne između 0.1 % i 5% po težini i druga je komponenta prisutna između 5% i 65% po težini, naznačeno time što se druga komponenta izabire između filosilikata, silikata s trodimenzionalnom kristalnom strukturom, kalcijevog karbonata, cink borata, cink stanata ili melamin cijanurata ili mješavine dva ili više od ovih spojeva, i prisutna je u obliku praška s maksimalnim dimenzijama do oko , prosječnim dimenzijama (D50) do oko i minimalnim dimenzijama većim od 1 mm.
2. Teško zapaljive pigmentne disperzije (masterbatch) prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je druga komponenta aluminosilikat.
3. Teško zapaljive pigmentne disperzije (masterbatch) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 ili 2, gdje aluminosilikat ima prosječnu granulometriju između oko 2 i 7 mm.
4. Teško zapaljive pigmentne disperzije (masterbatch) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, gdje polimerni nosač ima veći MFI indeks od termoplastičnog polimera u koji se masterbatch mora dodati.
5. Teško zapaljive pigmentne disperzije (masterbatch) prema zahtjevu 4, gdje se polimerni nosač izabire između linearnih polietilena niske gustoće, polietilena niske gustoće ili polietilena visoke gustoće, polipropilena, kopolimera polipropilena i etilen vinil acetata.
6. Teško zapaljive pigmentne disperzije (masterbatch) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, gdje je termoplastični polimer polietilen visoke gustoće.
7. Postupak proizvodnje teško zapaljivog masterbatch-a prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, koji obuhvaća sljedeće faze:
- prethodno miješanje ugljikovih nanocijevi i polimernog nosača u obliku praška u mješalici, s brzinom rotacije lopatica ne većom od 500 rpm;
- dodavanje, toj prethodnoj smjesi, barem druge komponente koja se sastoji od spoja izabranog između filosilikata, silikata s trodimenzionalnom kristalnom strukturom, kalcijevog karbonata, cink borata, cink stanata ili melamin cijanurata ili mješavine dva ili više od ovih spojeva, i miješanje, u početku s brzinom rotacije lopatica ne većom od 500 rpm i zatim s brzinom rotacije lopatica između 1000 i 1250 rpm, uz istovremeno zagrijavanje smjese do temperature između 40 i ;
- punjenje tako dobivene još uvijek vruće smjese u ko-rotirajući dvovijčani ekstruder ili gnječilicu s rotirajućom i oscilirajućom osi i zonom degaziranja, termalni profil se povećava iz zone punjenja smjese prema izlazu, tako da je izlazna temperatura ekstrudata ili protusnutog materijala između oko 190 i , kao funkcija tališta polimernog nosača;
- rezanje smjese na vrhu ekstrudera ili gnječilice, čime se dobivaju pigmentne disperzije (masterbatch) u obliku cilindričnih, disku sličnih ili okruglih granula željenih dimenzija.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 7, gdje polimerni nosač koji se koristi u fazi prethodnoh miješanja ima granulometriju između 200 i .
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 7 ili 8, gdje se druga komponenta koristi u obliku praška granulometrije između 1 i .
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 7 do 9, gdje se ugljikove nanocijevi i druga komponenta koriste naizmjence u obliku masterbatch-a.
11. Uporaba masterbatch-a prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6 za proizvodnju serije termoplastičnog polimera, gdje se tijekom proizvodnje taj masterbatch dodaje polimeru u takvoj količini da čini između oko 10% i oko 40% težine ukupne smjese.
