Abstract

本发明公开了一种无卤阻燃聚乙烯泡沫塑料的制备方法,所述制备方法的原材料包括低密度聚乙烯、可膨胀石墨、聚磷酸按、氢氧化镁、碳酸钙、磷酸三苯酯、齐聚双酚A四苯基二磷酸酯、偶氮二甲酞胺、过氧化二异丙苯和聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐,该制备方法包括如下步骤:(1) 混匀,将聚乙烯、增塑剂BDP、相容剂PE一g一MAH、阻燃剂、交联剂以及其它助剂等按适当的比例,采用高速混合机预混均匀,本发明实现了阻燃聚乙烯泡沫塑料的完全无卤阻燃,但是大量无机阻燃剂的加入会导致可发泡母粒的熔点升高。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料技术领域,具体涉及一种无卤阻燃聚乙烯泡沫塑料的制备方法。
背景技术
泡沫塑料是以聚合物为基体,气体分散于固体聚合物中所形成的含有大量气泡的聚集体,故又称为多孔性塑料。泡沫塑料除有一般塑料的优点外,与同类未发泡的塑料相比,泡沫塑料具有许多优点:如质量轻、隔热性能和隔音性能好、比强度高、具有吸收冲击载荷能力、价格低廉、节省材料等。所以泡沫塑料被广泛应用于工业、农业和日常用品诸多方面。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种无卤阻燃聚乙烯泡沫塑料的制备方法。
本发明解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:一种无卤阻燃聚乙烯泡沫塑料的制备方法,所述制备方法的原材料包括低密度聚乙烯、可膨胀石墨、聚磷酸按、氢氧化镁、碳酸钙、磷酸三苯酯、齐聚双酚A四苯基二磷酸酯、偶氮二甲酞胺、过氧化二异丙苯和聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐。
优选的,包括如下步骤:
(1) 混匀,将聚乙烯、增塑剂BDP、相容剂PE一g一MAH、阻燃剂、交联剂以及其它助剂等按适当的比例,采用高速混合机预混均匀。
(2) 挤出造粒,经双螺杆挤出机在较高温度下,共混挤出切粒,干燥备用。
(3) 模压发泡,再将所得的阻燃可发母粒与发泡剂共混挤出,干燥后,采用一步模压法发泡。
(4) 阻燃增塑剂BDP的加入,降低复合材料的熔点,可以使之在180℃下发泡。
优选的,所述制备方法的加工设备设有平行同向双螺杆挤出机、全自动压模机、极限氧指数仪、锥形量热仪、毛细管流变仪。
有益效果是:本发明实现了阻燃聚乙烯泡沫塑料的完全无卤阻燃,但是大量无机阻燃剂的加入会导致可发泡母粒的熔点升高。因此,我们加入聚乙烯接枝马来酸配和阻燃增塑剂BDP来增加有机相与无机相的相容性,并降低可发母粒的熔点,使之在合适发泡的温度熔融;采用锥形量热仪,研究了不同粒径的可膨胀石墨的加入对泡沫材料的阻燃性能的影响,结果显示,不同粒径的可膨胀石墨的添加对阻燃聚乙烯泡沫塑料的热释放和烟释放的影响,可以发现200目的可膨胀石墨在热释放速率和烟释放量等方面明显的比400目的可膨胀石墨效果好一些,也就是说膨胀石墨的粒径越大阻燃效果越好,因此在制备过程中的混合环节,必须采用合适的高速混合机,采用适当的混合速度和恰当的搅拌器。
具体实施方式
实施例:
一种无卤阻燃聚乙烯泡沫塑料的制备方法,所述制备方法的原材料包括低密度聚乙烯、可膨胀石墨、聚磷酸按、氢氧化镁、碳酸钙、磷酸三苯酯、齐聚双酚A四苯基二磷酸酯、偶氮二甲酞胺、过氧化二异丙苯和聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐,该制备方法包括如下步骤:(1) 混匀,将聚乙烯、增塑剂BDP、相容剂PE一g一MAH、阻燃剂、交联剂以及其它助剂等按适当的比例,采用高速混合机预混均匀。(2) 挤出造粒,经双螺杆挤出机在较高温度下,共混挤出切粒,干燥备用。(3) 模压发泡,再将所得的阻燃可发母粒与发泡剂共混挤出,干燥后,采用一步模压法发泡。(4) 阻燃增塑剂BDP的加入,降低复合材料的熔点,可以使之在180℃下发泡。优选的,所述制备方法的加工设备设有平行同向双螺杆挤出机、全自动压模机、极限氧指数仪、锥形量热仪、毛细管流变仪。
本发明采用锥形量热仪,研究了不同粒径的可膨胀石墨的加入对泡沫材料的阻燃性能的影响,结果显示,不同粒径的可膨胀石墨的添加对阻燃聚乙烯泡沫塑料的热释放和烟释放的影响,可以发现200目的可膨胀石墨在热释放速率和烟释放量等方面明显的比400目的可膨胀石墨效果好一些,也就是说膨胀石墨的粒径越大阻燃效果越好,因此在制备过程中的混合环节,必须采用合适的高速混合机,采用适当的混合速度和恰当的搅拌器。

1.一种无卤阻燃聚乙烯泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法的原材料包括低密度聚乙烯、可膨胀石墨、聚磷酸按、氢氧化镁、碳酸钙、磷酸三苯酯、齐聚双酚A四苯基二磷酸酯、偶氮二甲酞胺、过氧化二异丙苯和聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种无卤阻燃聚乙烯泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1) 混匀,将聚乙烯、增塑剂BDP、相容剂PE一g一MAH、阻燃剂、交联剂以及其它助剂等按适当的比例,采用高速混合机预混均匀;
(2) 挤出造粒,经双螺杆挤出机在较高温度下,共混挤出切粒,干燥备用;
(3) 模压发泡,再将所得的阻燃可发母粒与发泡剂共混挤出,干燥后,采用一步模压法发泡;
(4) 阻燃增塑剂BDP的加入,降低复合材料的熔点,可以使之在180℃下发泡。
3. 根据权利要求1所述一种无卤阻燃聚乙烯泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法的加工设备设有平行同向双螺杆挤出机、全自动压模机、极限氧指数仪、锥形量热仪、毛细管流变仪。
