Claims (13)
1. Uporaba proizvoda istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata proizvedenog postupkom koji obuhvaća korake:
(a) priprema vodene suspenzije klica taloženog kalcijevog karbonata pomoću gaziranja (karboniranja) suspenzije Ca(OH)2 u prisutnosti 0.005 do 0.030 mola stroncija (Sr), u obliku Sr(OH)2, po molu Ca(OH)2; i
(b) formiranje vodene suspenzije proizvoda istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata karbonizacijom mulja Ca(OH)2 u prisutnosti 0.5 do 5% suhe težine klica istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata,
gdje klice istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata imaju D50 koji je manji od D50 od proizvoda istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata i klice istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata imaju aragonitni polimorfni sadržaj veći od ili jednak proizvodu istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata,
za proizvodnju hrane,
gdje proizvod istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata dobiven u koraku (b) sadrži aragonitni polimorfni sadržaj od više od 60% suhe težine.
2. Uporaba prema zahtjevu 1, gdje se suspenzija Ca(OH)2 u koraku (a) gazira u prisutnosti 0.01 do 0.02 mola Sr po molu Ca(OH)2.
3. Uporaba prema zahtjevu 1, gdje se Sr(OH)2 u koraku (a) formira in situ dodavanjem minerala koji sadrži SrO.
4. Uporaba prema zahtjevu 3, gdje se mineral koji sadrži SrO dobiva kalciniranjem minerala koji sadrži SrCO3.
5. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, dalje obuhvaća korak provođenja jednog ili više od uklanjanja vode, disperzije ili mljevenja klica istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata pripremljenih u koraku (a) radi dobivanja vodene suspenzije klica istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata s D50 koji je manji ili jednak 0.1 do 0.3 µm i BET SSA od 10 do 30 m2/g.
6. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, gdje vodena suspenzija klica istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata formiranih u koraku (a) ima aragonitni polimorfni sadržaj veći od 85% suhe težine.
7. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, gdje vodena suspenzija klica istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata formiranih u koraku (a) ima aragonitni polimorfni sadržaj veći od 90% suhe težine.
8. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, gdje vodena suspenzija klica istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata formiranih u koraku (a) ima aragonitni polimorfni sadržaj veći od 95% suhe težine.
9. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, gdje se klice istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata dodaju u mulj Ca(OH)2 u koraku (b) prije karboniranja.
10. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, dalje obuhvaća korak provođenja jednog ili više od uklanjanja vode, disperzije ili mljevenja proizvoda istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata pripremljenog u koraku (b) radi dobivanja proizvoda istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata s D50 između 0.35 i 0.4 mikrona i BET SSA između 8 i 20 m2/g
11. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, gdje proizvod istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata dobiven u koraku (b) ima ukupnu količinu stroncija od 0.2 do 15 mol/suha metrička tona.
12. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, gdje proizvod istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata dobiven u koraku (b) ima ukupnu količinu stroncija od 1 do 5 mol/suha metrička tona.
13. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12, gdje proizvod istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata dobiven u koraku (b) ima aragonitni polimorfni sadržaj veći od 70% suhe težine.
