Claims (4)
1. Postupak za izradu čeličnih cijevi povećane čvrstoće i poboljšane žilavosti radnog materijala, kroz neposredno brzo ohlađivanje prema metodi vrućeg oblikovanja, primjerice uljne terenske cijevi s duljinom većom od 7 m, posebno do 200 m, vanjskim promjerom većim od 20 mm, ali manjim od 200 mm i debljinom stijenke većom od 2,0 mm, ali manjom od 25 mm,
prema oblikovanju pomoću reduktora istezanja, pri čemu unutar vremenskog raspona od najviše 20 sek. prema zadnjem preoblikovanju, pri temperaturi od više nego 700°C, ali ispod 1050°C, u prosjeku na vanjskoj površini cijevi obuhvaćeno u duljini od više nego 400 puta, čvrstoća stijenke cijevi bude dovedena u medij za hlađenje s povišenim tlakom u količini, koja kod brzog hlađenja istu brzinu ohlađivanja od više nego 1°C/sek stijenku cijevi preko duljine cijevi dovede na temperaturu u području od 500°C do 250°C,
naznačen time da struja sredstva za rashlađivanje bude izvedena kao struja spreja, prije svega vode, i/ili kao struja sprejne magle sredstva za hlađenje i zrak i/ili kao sprejni plin,

mangan (Mn) 0.5 do 2.0
fosfor (P) maks. 0.03
sumpor (S) maks. 0.03
krom (Cr) maks. 1.5
nikal (Ni) maks. 1.0
bakar (Cu) maks. 0.3
aluminij (Al) 0.01 do 0.09
titan (Ti) maks. 0.05
molibden (Mo) maks. 0.8
vanadij (V) 0.02 do 0.2
kositar (Sn) maks. 0.08
dušik (N) maks. 0.04

željezo (Fe) ostatak.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da početak brzog ohlađivanja vanjske površine cijevi slijedi pri temperaturi ispod 950°C.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da nakon brzog ohlađivanja, pri daljnjem ohlađivanju cijevi na zraku, slijedi ciljano povratno zagrijavanje stijenke cijevi.
4. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da čelik za izradu cijevi sadrži najmanje jedan element sa sadržajem u tež. % od:
ugljik (C) 0.05 do 0.35
fosfor (P) maks. 0.015
sumpor (S) maks. 0.005
krom (Cr) maks. 1.0
titan (Ti) maks. 0.02.
