Claims (14)
1. Pokretač (1) uređaja za namotavanje čelične trake, koji ima najmanje jedan nosivi pogonski valjak (3) koji je montiran na okvir (2) i najmanje jedan pogonski valjak (4) koji se može namjestiti u odnosu na nosivi pogonski valjak (3) i koji je montiran na barem jedan njišući krak (5a, 5b) spojen na okvir (2), pri čemu je pogonski valjak (4) priključen za područje ležišta (7) njišućeg kraka (5a, 5b), naznačen time, da je područje ležišta (7) otvoreno za unošenje ili odstranjivanje pogonskog valjka (4) postrance i/ili prema gore, kada se postavlja njišući krak (5a, 5b) u radni položaj, a pokretač (1) ima pričvrsni mehanizam u svrhu pričvršćivanja pogonskog valjka (4) u području ležišta (7).
2. Pokretač (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da se u pričvršćenom stanju, pozicioniranje pogonskog valjka (4) u odnosu na nosivi pogonski valjak (3), može mijenjati pomoću promjene postavke mehanizma za pričvršćenje u različitim položajima.
3. Pokretač (1) prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da pričvrsni mehanizam obuhvaća premjestivi zavrtanj (8) koji poželjno može biti pričvršćen na njišući krak (5a, 5b).
4. Pokretač (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, gdje je pogonski valjak (4) montiran između para njišućih krakova (5a, 5b), naznačen time, da je razmak između njišućih krakova (5a, 5b) veći nego duljina nosivog pogonskog valjka (3).
5. Pokretač (1) prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time, da najmanje jedan od njišućih krakova (5a, 5b) može biti premješten ili zaokrenut u odnosu na drugi njišući krak (5a, 5b).
6. Pokretač (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time, da je uređaj za namotavanje čelične trake takav uređaj za namotavanje čelične trake, koji na valjak namotava vruću traku.
7. Pokretač (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time, da pokretač (1) je upravljani pokretač.
8. Pokretač (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time, da su pogonski valjci (4) i nosivi pogonski valjci (3) smješteni u zaštitnoj napravi.
9. Pokretač (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time, da se osovina pogonskog valjka i/ili osovina nosivog pogonskog valjka, oko kojih rotiraju pogonski valjak (4) ili nosivi pogonski valjak (3), sastoji od najmanje dva osovinska dijela pogonskog valjka ili dva osovinska dijela nosivog pogonskog valjka, pri čemu je najmanje jedan od osovinskih dijelova pogonskog valjka ili osovinskih dijelova nosivog pogonskog valjka, konstruiran kao klinasti okrajak koji može biti odvojivo pričvršćen na cilindrično tijelo od pogonskog valjka ili od nosivog pogonskog valjka.
10. Pokretač (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time, da se nosivi pogonski valjak može ukloniti iz pokretača postrance u smjeru longitudinalne osi od navedenog nosivog pogonskog valjka.
11. Postupak za uklanjanje pogonskog valjka (4) iz pokretača (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time, da on obuhvaća sljedeće korake:
- otvaranje pričvrsnog mehanizma,
- uklanjanje pogonskog valjka (4) postrance i/ili prema gore iz pokretača (1).
12. Postupak prema zahtjevu 11, naznačen time, da nakon premještanja pogonskog valjka (4), on obuhvaća sljedeće dodatne korake:
- otpuštanje pričvrsnih naprava za pričvršćenje nosivog pogonskog valjka (3) u pokretaču (1),
- uklanjanje nosivog pogonskog valjka (3) prema gore iz pokretača (1).
13. Postupak prema zahtjevu 11, naznačen time, da za vrijeme premještanja pogonskog valjka (4), on obuhvaća sljedeće dodatne korake:
- otpuštanje pričvrsnih naprava za pričvršćenje nosivog pogonskog valjka (3) u pokretaču (1),
- uklanjanje nosivog pogonskog valjka (3) putem njegovog izvlačenja postrance iz pokretača (1).
14. Postupak prema zahtjevu 11, naznačen time, da se pogonski valjak (4) i nosivi pogonski valjak (3) uklanjaju iz pokretača (1) u parovima pomoću uklanjanja zaštitne naprave u kojoj je smješten par sastavljen od pogonskog valjka (4) i nosivog pogonskog valjka (3).
