Claims (26)

1. Postupak proizvodnje kompozita koji se sastoje od barem jednog vanjskog sloja (b) i krute pjene na bazi izocijanata (a), gdje se vanjski sloj (b) kontinuirano pomiče i početni materijal za krutu pjenu na bazi izocijanata (a) se nanosi na vanjski sloj (b), nanošenje tekućeg početnog materijala za krutu pjenu na bazi izocijanata (a) postiže se pomoću barem jedne fiksne cijevi (c) koja ima otvore (f) i koja je postavljena tako da bude paralelna na ravninu vanjskog sloja i pod pravim kutovima na smjer kretanja vanjskog sloja (b), gdje otvori (f) imaju promjer i dužinu, gdje se doprema smjese (a) odvija u sredini cijevi (c), i dužina otvora (f) se smanjuje u smjeru od sredine cijevi (c) prema njezinim krajevima.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje se koriste barem dvije cijevi (c) koje su smještene jedna uz drugu.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, gdje je raspored cijevi (c) s otvorima (f) takav da formiraju ravnu liniju.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje se cijevi (c) s otvorima (f) pružaju preko barem 70% širine vanjskog sloja (b), i na svakom od rubova vanjskog sloja (b) postoji područje jednake širine koje nije pokriveno sa cijevi.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje se cijevi (c) s otvorima (f) pružaju preko barem 80% širine vanjskog sloja (b), i na svakom od rubova vanjskog sloja (b) postoji područje jednake širine koje nije pokriveno sa cijevi.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je cijev (c) s otvorima (f) postavljena na visini od 5 do 30 cm iznad vanjskog sloja (b).
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je promjer cijevi (c) s otvorima (f) od 0.2 do 5 cm.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje unutarnji promjer cijevi (c) s otvorima (f) ostaje konstantan od sredine do krajeva cijevi.
9. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je dizajn cijevi takav da je, ako se koristi više cijevi (c), varijacija dužine otvora (f) dizajnirana da bude identična u svim cijevima (c).
10. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je omjer dužine otvora (f) između mjesta punjenja i kraja cijevi (c) od 1.1 do 10 za svaku cijev.
11. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je promjer otvora (f) od 0.5 do 10 mm.
12. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je udaljenost između otvora (f) od 5 do 200 mm.
13. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je promjer otvora (f) jednak duž cijele dužine cijevi (c).
14. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je udaljenost između otvora (f) jednaka duž cijele dužine cijevi (c).
15. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je broj otvora (f) cijevi (c) paran.
16. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je broj otvora (f) svake cijevi (c) ≥ 2.
17. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje se miješanje sastojaka tekućeg početnog materijala za krutu pjenu na bazi izocijanata (a) odvija u opremi za miješanje koja je preko dovoda (d) i (e) povezana sa svim cijevima (c) koje imaju otvore (f).
18. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje svaka od cijevi (c) s otvorima (f) ima poveznicu precizno s jednim dovodom (d).
19. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje svaka od cijevi (c) s otvorima (f) ima poveznicu s opremom za miješanje sastojaka tekućeg početnog materijala za krutu pjenu na bazi izocijanata (a).
20. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je promjer dovoda (d) konstantan.
21. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je promjer dovoda (d) od 4 do 30 mm.
22. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje kruta pjena na bazi izocijanata (a) sadrži izocijanuratne skupine.
23. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je viskoznost tekućeg početnog materijala za krutu pjenu na bazi izocijanata (a) od 50 mPa*s do 2000 mPa*s na 25°C.
24. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je količina tekućeg početnog materijala koji se nanosi na vanjski sloj (b) za krutu pjenu na bazi izocijanata (a) od 2 kg/min do 100 kg/min.
25. Uređaj za primjenu tekućih reakcijskih smjesa na vanjski sloj (b), gdje se vanjski sloj (b) kontinuirano pomiče i početni materijal za krutu pjenu na bazi izocijanata (a) se nanosi na vanjski sloj (b), gdje se nanošenje tekuće reakcijske smjese na vanjski sloj (b) odvija pomoću barem jedne fiksne cijevi (c) koja ima otvore (f) i koja je postavljena tako da bude paralelna na ravninu vanjskog sloja i pod pravim kutovima na smjer kretanja vanjskog sloja (b), gdje otvori (f) imaju promjer i dužinu, gdje se doprema smjese (a) odvija u sredini cijevi (c), i dužina otvora (f) se smanjuje u smjeru od sredine cijevi (c) prema njezinim krajevima.
26. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 25, gdje se nanošenje tekuće reakcijske smjese na vanjski sloj (b) odvija pomoću barem dvije fiksne cijevi (c) koje su smještene jedna uz drugu, koje imaju otvore (f) i koje su postavljene tako da budu paralelne na ravninu vanjskog sloja i pod pravim kutovima na smjer kretanja vanjskog sloja (b).
