Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para la producción de compuestos, que comprende por lo menos una capa exterior y una espuma rígida a base de isocianato, donde la capa exterior se mueve de manera continua y un material inicial líquido para la espuma rígida a base de isocianato se aplica a la capa exterior, que comprende lograr una aplicación del material inicial líquido para la espuma rígida a base de isocianato a través de por lo menos dos tubos fijos, cada uno de los cuales tiene aberturas, y que se han colocado, con respecto a la capa exterior, con el fin de ser paralelos al plano de la capa exterior, en donde la relación de las longitudes de las aberturas entre el sitio de la alimentación del material inicial para la espuma rígida a base de isocianato y el extremo de cada tubo es de 1.1 a 20.
