Claims (22)
1. Postupak za remineralizaciju vode koji sadrži korake:
a) dobavljanje ulazne vode, te
b) injektiranje plinovitog ugljik dioksida i mulja u ulaznu vodu, pri čemu mulj sadrži mikronizirani kalcij karbonat, gdje kalcij karbonat ima veličinu čestica od 0.1 do 100 µm i HCl netopljivi sadržaj od 0.05 do 1.5 wt.-% zasnovano na ukupnoj masi mikroniziranog kalcij karbonata.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je koncentracija kalcij karbonata u mulju od 0.05 do 40 wt.%, od 1 do 25 wt.%, od 2 do 20 wt.-%, poželjno od 3 do 15 wt.-%, te najpoželjnije od 5 do 10 wt.-% zasnovano na ukupnoj masi mulja, ili je koncentracija kalcij karbonata u mulju od 10 do 40 wt.-%, od 15 do 30 wt.%, ili od 20 do 25 wt.-% zasnovano na ukupnoj masi mulja.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu kalcij karbonat ima veličinu čestica od 0.5 do 50 µm, od 1 do 15 µm, poželjno od 2 do 10 µm, najpoželjnije 3 do 5 µm.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu kalcij karbonat ima HCl netopljivi sadržaj od 0.1 do 0.6 wt.-% zasnovano na ukupnoj masi mikroniziranog kalcij karbonata.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je kalcij karbonat mljeveni kalcij karbonat, modificirani kalcij karbonat, gdje je modificirani kalcij karbonat mljeveni ili istaloženi kalcij karbonat sa modifikacijom površine i/ili interne strukture, ili istaloženi kalcij karbonat, ili njihove smjese.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu mulj sadrži daljnje minerale koji sadrže magnezij, kalij ili natrij, poželjno magnezij karbonat, kalcij magnezij karbonat, poput dolomitskog vapnenca, vapnenačkog dolomita, dolomita ili polu-spaljenog dolomita, magnezij oksid poput spaljenog dolomita, magnezij sulfat, kalij hidrogen karbonat, ili natrij hidrogen karbonat.
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 6, pri čemu je vremenski period između pripreme mulja i injektiranja mulja manje od 48 sati, manje od 24 sati, manje od 12 sati, manje od 5 sati, manje od 2 sata ili manje od 1 sat.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu dobivena remineralizirana voda ima koncentraciju kalcija kao kalcij karbonata od 15 do 200 mg/l, poželjno od 50 do 150 mg/l, te najpoželjnije od 100 do 125 mg/l, ili od 15 do 100 mg/l, poželjno od 20 do 80 mg/l, te najpoželjnije 40 do 60 mg/l.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 6 do 8, pri čemu dobivena remineralizirana voda ima koncentraciju magnezija od 5 do 25 mg/l, poželjno od 5 do 15 mg/l, te najpoželjnije od 8 do 12 mg/l.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu remineralizirana voda ima vrijednost zamućenosti od ispod 5.0 NTU, manje od 1.0 NTU, manje od 0.5 NTU, ili manje od 0.3 NTU.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu remineralizirana voda ima Langelier indeks zasićenosti od -1 do 2, poželjno od -0.5 do 0.5, najpoželjnije od -0.2 do 0.2.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu remineralizirana voda ima Indeks gustoće proreza SDI15 ispod 5, poželjno ispod 4, te najpoželjnije ispod 3.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu remineralizirana voda ima Indeks onečišćivanja membrane MFI0.45 ispod 4, poželjno ispod 2.5, najpoželjnije ispod 2.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je ulazna voda desalinirana morska voda, boćata voda ili rasol, obrađena otpadna voda ili prirodna voda poput podzemne vode, površinske vode ili kišnice.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se ugljik dioksid injektira u prvom koraku, te se mulj injektira serijski u drugom koraku, ili pri čemu se mulj injektira u prvom koraku te se ugljik dioksid injektira serijski u drugom koraku, ili pri čemu se ugljik dioksid i mulj injektiraju istovremeno.
16. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se ugljik dioksid injektira u vodu korištenu za pripravu mulja.
17. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se remineralizirana voda miješa sa ulaznom vodom.
18. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu postupak nadalje sadrži korak uklanjanja čestica.
19. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu postupak nadalje sadrži korake:
c) mjerenje vrijednosti parametara remineralizirane vode, pri čemu su parametri odabrani iz skupine koja sadrži alkalinitet, provodljivost, koncentraciju kalcija, pH, ukupne otopljene krutine, te zamućenost remineralizirane vode,
d) uspoređivanje izmjerene vrijednosti parametara sa predodređenom vrijednosti parametara, te
e) pružanje količine injektiranog ugljik dioksida i/ili mulja na osnovu razlike između mjerene i predodređene vrijednosti parametara.
20. Postupak prema zahtjevu 19, pri čemu je predodređena vrijednost parametra pH vrijednost, gdje je pH vrijednost od 5.5 do 9, poželjno od 7 do 8.5.
21. Uporaba mikroniziranog kalcij karbonata u obliku mulja za remineralizaciju vode, remineralizacija sadrži korak injektiranja plinovitog ugljik dioksida u ulaznu vodu, pri čemu kalcij karbonat ima veličinu čestica od 0.1 do 100 µm i HCl netopljivi sadržaj od 0.05 do 1.5 wt.-% zasnovano na ukupnoj masi mikroniziranog kalcij karbonata.
22. Uporaba prema zahtjevu 21, pri čemu je remineralizirana voda odabrana od pitke vode, rekreacijske vode poput vode za bazene, industrijske vode za primjene u procesima, vode za navodnjavanje, ili vode za vodonosnik ili punjenje bunara.
