Claims (9)

1. Proces za proizvodnju polimerom obloženog metalnog supstrata koji obuhvaća korake: - pribavljanje metalne trake kao supstrata; - pribavljanje polimernog filma za oblaganje supstrata; - po izboru pribavljanje adhezivnog sloja za stimuliranje adhezije između supstrata i polimernog filma; naznačeno time da se polimerni film koji se sastoji od jednog ili više slojeva proizvodi: - topljenjem prikladne smjese granula polimera u jednom ili više ekstrudera; - propuštanjem rastopljenog polimera kroz jednu ili više matrica ili kalandera da bi se formirao polimerni film koji se sastoji od spomenutog jednog ili više slojeva; - hlađenjem ekstrudiranog polimernog filma da bi se formirao čvrsti polimerni film; - obrezivanjem ivica ekstrudiranog polimernog filma; - smanjenjem debljine čvrstog polimernog filma istezanjem čvrstog polimernog filma u jedinici za istezanje pod djelovanjem sile istezanja samo u uzdužnom smjeru; - po izboru obrezivanjem ivica istegnutog polimernog filma; - laminiranjem istegnutog polimernog filma na supstrat da bi se proizveo polimerom obloženi supstrat; - naknadnim zagrijavanjem polimerom obloženog supstrata da bi se smanjila orijentacija i kristaliničnost polimernog filma; - hlađenjem, a prvenstveno brzim hlađenjem, naknadno zagrijanog, polimerom obloženog supstrata.
2. Proces prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se čvrsti polimerni film namotava na kalem prije nego što se dopremi do dovodnog valjka jedinice za istezanje.
3. Proces prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se čvrsti polimerni film doprema direktno do dovodnog valjka jedinice za istezanje.
4. Proces prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je odnos širine čvrstog filma poslije koraka istezanja u jedinici za istezanje i širine čvrstog filma prije koraka istezanja u jedinici za istezanje (WR) najmanje 0,7 i najviše 1.
5. Proces prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je odnos istezanja između 3 i 12, a prvenstveno najmanje 4 i/ili najviše 6.
6. Proces prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je pritisak laminiranja u koraku laminiranja između 0,1 MPa i 10 MPa, a prvenstveno najmanje 0,5 i/ili najviše 2,5 MPa.
7. Proces prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se obrezani materijal dobiven obrezivanjem ivica ekstrudiranog polimernog filma i/ili istegnutog polimernog filma dovodi nazad u jedan ili više ekstrudera poslije intermedijernog reprocesiranja obrezanog materijala ili neposredno poslije obrezivanja.
8. Proces prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da uzdužno istegnuti film sadrži ili se sastoji od jednog ili više polimera iz grupe koja se sastoji od polimera: • polikondenzati, kao što su poliesteri, ko-poliesteri ili poliamidi • nekristalizirajući vinil polimeri, kao što su polistiren, poliakrilat, PVC ili PVDC ili • kristalizirajući poliadicijski polimeri, kao što su poliolefini.
9. Proces prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da uzdužno istegnuti film sadrži ili se sastoji od polietilen tereftalata, IPA-modificiranog polietilen tereftalata, CHDM- modificiranog polietilen tereftalata, polibutilen tereftalata, polietilen naftalata, ili njihovih kopolimera ili smjesa.
