Claims (3)

1. Materijal koji se može kompostirati u obliku slojevitog sloja koji se sastoji od kombinacije listova folije izrađenih od materijala koji se mogu kompostirati, naznačen time što se sastoji od dva laminirana sloja listova folije, gdje jedan sloj čini plastični list od najmanje jednog biorazgradivog polimera proizvedenog kemikalijom ili biokatalitička transformacija debljine od 20 mm do 50 mm, a drugi sloj čini list celuloznog sloja debljine od 19 mm do 23 mm, pri čemu su slojevi međusobno povezani ljepilom koje čini vodenu disperziju poliesterskog poliuretanskog elastomera s učvršćivačem.
2. Materijal koji se može kompostirati prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što sloj transformiranog biorazgradivog polimera sadrži mješavinu najmanje dva različita biorazgradiva polimera odabrana iz skupine koja sadrži PLA, PCL, PBS i PBSA.
3. Metoda za proizvodnju materijala koji se može kompostirati koja uključuje laminirano povezivanje listova folije pomoću ljepila, naznačena time što se kombinira jedan list plastične folije od najmanje jednog biorazgradivog polimera proizvedenog kemijskom ili biokatalitičkom transformacijom debljine od 20 mm do 50 mm u kontinuiranom postupku s jednim listom celuloznog sloja debljine od 19 mm do 23 mm, gdje se plastični list transformiranog polimera odmotava s valjka, zatim se prekriva prethodno pripremljenim ljepilom koje čini kombinaciju vodene disperzije poliester-poliuretanskog elastomera s učvršćivačem, u količini od 2,5-3,0 g/m2, zatim se provlači kroz tunel za sušenje i podvrgava temperaturi od raspon od 90°C - 130°C i infracrveno zračenje; zatim se nanosi sloj celuloznog premaza odmotan s valjka; nakon toga, kombinirani slojevi se provlače kroz set tlačnih valjaka i namotavaju na valjak.
