Abstract

Claims (6)
- 수축필름(2)에 용제형 접착제(4)를 도포하고 35 ~ 40℃에서 증발, 건조시키는 단계;상기 건조된 수축필름(2)과 폴리프로필렌 재질의 부직포(3)를 가압 접착하여 라미네이트 시키는 단계; 및상기 라미네이트 후 리와인딩 과정을 거쳐 35 ~ 45℃에서 12 ~ 24시간 에이징(aging) 처리하여 접착제의 경화를 완성시킨 다음 건조하여 합지(1)를 얻는 단계;로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이 라미네이션을 이용한 수축필름과 부직포의 합지 제조방법

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 용제형 접착제(4)는 7~8g/m2 로 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이 라미네이션을 이용한 수축필름과 부직포의 합지 제조방법
- 제 1항, 제4항 또는 제5항의 어느 한 항의 제조방법으로 얻어진 합지를 이용하여 제조된 PET, 알루미늄, 유리병 또는 플라스틱 용기
