Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania warstwowego laminatu z naniesioną warstwą adhezyjną pochłaniającą tlen, polegającego na tym, że w pierwszym etapie środek pochłaniający tlen wprowadza się do poliuretanowego układu adhezyjnego, z wytworzeniem układu adhezyjnego pochłaniającego tlen, który następnie nanosi się na powierzchnię wstęgowej warstwy podłożowej i suszy się, a w drugim etapie na warstwę układu adhezyjnego pochłaniającego tlen nanosi się metodą powlekania ekstruzyjnego warstwę powłokową z materiału termoplastycznego. Zgłoszenie dotyczy ponadto sposobu wytwarzania warstwowego laminatu z naniesioną wybielającą warstwą adhezyjną, a także dotyczy warstwowego laminatu pochłaniającego tlen, warstwowego wybielonego laminatu, warstwowego wybielonego laminatu pochłaniającego tlen, opakowania oraz zastosowania tych laminatów do wytwarzania opakowań w przemyśle spożywczym.
