Claims (13)
1. Postupak izoliranja sadržaja punjenja prehrambenog proizvoda koji obuhvaća sljedeće uzastopne korake:
- prvi korak koji obuhvaća nabavu, u kalupu koji ima gornje lice, barem jedne ljuske formirane inicijalno od jestivog materijala koji se može oblikovati, ta ljuska ima barem jednu unutarnju stijenku i otvor za punjenje,
- drugi korak koji se sastoji od nanošenja barem jednog sloja premaza koji sadrži barem jednu masnoću na barem jednu unutarnju stijenku te ljuske u materijalu koji se može oblikovati kako bi se formirao izolacijski unutarnji sloj premaza,
- treći korak koji se sastoji od uvođenja sadržaja punjenja prehrambenog proizvoda u tu ljusku u materijalu koji se može oblikovati kroz spomenuti otvor za punjenje,
- četvrti korak koji se sastoji od nanošenja barem jednog pokrovnog sloja koji sadrži barem jednu masnoću na sadržaj punjenja radi dobivanja kontinuiranog izolacijskog pokrovnog sloja koji se veže za izolacijski unutarnji sloj premaza,
- peti korak koji se sastoji od zatvaranja otvora punjena ljuske nanošenjem jestivog materijala koji se može oblikovati na taj kontinuirani izolacijski pokrovni sloj,
naznačeno time što drugom i četvrtom koraku prethodi hlađenje do temperature u rasponu od -25°C do 30°C i time što petom koraku prethodi korak zagrijavanja gornjeg lica kalupa na temperaturu barem jednaku temperaturi taljenja masnoće te se formira barem jedan sloj premaza na barem jednoj unutarnjoj stijenci ljuske i barem jedan pokrovni sloj na sadržaju punjenja.
2. Postupak izoliranja sadržaja punjenja prehrambenog proizvoda prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se hlađenje provodi do temperature u rasponu od - 10°C do 20°C.
3. Postupak izoliranja sadržaja punjenja prehrambenog proizvoda prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se hlađenje provodi do temperature u rasponu od - 5°C do 10°C.
4. Postupak izoliranja sadržaja punjenja prehrambenog proizvoda prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se ljuska formira inicijalno od jestivog materijala koji se može oblikovati, izabranog iz skupine koja obuhvaća čokoladu i bilo koju drugu jestivu tvar čija su reološka svojstva slična čokoladi, te njihove smjese.
5. Postupak izoliranja sadržaja punjenja prehrambenog proizvoda prema jednom od bilo kojeg zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što je barem jedan izolacijski unutarnji sloj premaza, koji sadrži barem jednu masnoću, formiran inicijalno od masnoća izabranih iz skupine koja obuhvaća kokosovo ulje, palmino ulje, kakao maslac, shea maslac i od bilo kojih masnoća čija su svojstva slična u smislu skrutnjivanja, te njihove smjese.
6. Postupak izoliranja sadržaja punjenja prehrambenog proizvoda prema jednom od bilo kojeg zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što je barem jedan kontinuirani izolacijski pokrovni sloj, koji sadrži barem jednu masnoću, formiran inicijalno od masnoća izabranih iz skupine koja obuhvaća kokosovo ulje, palmino ulje, kakao maslac, shea maslac i od bilo kojih masnoća čija su svojstva slična, te njihove smjese.
7. Postupak izoliranja sadržaja punjenja prehrambenog proizvoda prema zahtjevima 5 ili 6, naznačen time što se taj barem jedan izolacijski unutarnji sloj premaza, koji sadrži barem jednu masnoću, nanosi pri temperaturi većoj ili jednakoj temperaturi taljenja te barem jedne masnoće.
8. Postupak izoliranja sadržaja punjenja prehrambenog proizvoda prema zahtjevima 5 ili 6, naznačen time što se taj barem jedan kontinuirani izolacijski pokrovni sloj, koji sadrži barem jednu masnoću, nanosi pri temperaturi većoj ili jednakoj temperaturi taljenja te barem jedne masnoće.
9. Postupak izoliranja sadržaja punjenja prehrambenog proizvoda prema jednom od bilo kojeg zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što se taj sadržaj punjenja prehrambenog proizvoda izabire iz skupine koja obuhvaća kremaste, gumenaste, meke i tekuće sadržaje punjenja, bilo zaslađene ili ne, bilo alkoholne ili ne.
10. Postupak izoliranja sadržaja punjenja prehrambenog proizvoda prema jednom od bilo kojeg zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što je taj sadržaj punjenja prehrambenog proizvoda alkohol, pomiješan ili ne s barem jednom drugom kremastom, gumenastom, mekom ili tekućom tvari, bilo zaslađeno ili ne.
11. Postupak izoliranja sadržaja punjenja prehrambenog proizvoda prema jednom od bilo kojeg zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što je taj sadržaj punjenja prehrambenog proizvoda sirup ili umak (coulis), bilo alkoholno ili ne.
12. Postupak izoliranja sadržaja punjenja prehrambenog proizvoda prema jednom od bilo kojeg zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time što se malo mesnatog voća ili pulpe dodaje u kremaste, gumenaste, meke ili tekuće sadržaje punjenja, bilo zaslađeno ili ne, alkoholno ili ne.
13. Postupak izoliranja sadržaja punjenja prehrambenog proizvoda prema jednom od bilo kojeg zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time što dalje obuhvaća korak formiranja barem jedne potporne točke tog prehrambenog proizvoda, ta barem jedna potporna točka izvodi se tako da formira nožicu ispod prehrambenog proizvoda.
