Claims (12)

1. Soj Saccharomyces cerevisiae, naznačen time što je izabran između soja br. I-3936 pohranjenog 04. ožujka 2008. u CNCM, soja br. I-3937 pohranjenog 04. ožujka 2008. u CNCM, soja br. I-3938 pohranjenog 04. ožujka 2008. u CNCM i soja br. I-3939 pohranjenog 04. ožujka 2008. u CNCM.
2. Fitosanitarna smjesa koja sadrži kvasce Saccharomyces cerevisiae izabrane između soja br. I-3936 pohranjenog 04. ožujka 2008. u CNCM, soja br. I-3937 pohranjenog 04. ožujka 2008. u CNCM, soja br. I-3938 pohranjenog 04. ožujka 2008. u CNCM i soja br. I-3939 pohranjenog 04. ožujka 2008. u CNCM te njihove smjese.
3. Fitosanitarna smjesa prema zahtjevu 2, dalje sadrži jedno ili više sredstava za oblikovanje i/ili barem jedan dodatni aktivni adjuvans.
4. Fitosanitarna smjesa prema zahtjevu 2 ili 3, koja je koncentrirana fitosanitarna smjesa u suhom, krutom ili tekućem obliku.
5. Fitosanitarna smjesa prema zahtjevu 2 ili 3, koja je fitosanitarna smjesa spremna za uporabu u suhom ili tekućem obliku, poželjno tekućem obliku.
6. Fitosanitarna smjesa prema zahtjevu 5, sadrži količinu kvasaca Saccharomyces cerevisiae između 104 i 1011 cfu/mL, poželjno između 105 i 1010 cfu/mL, poželjnije između 5x105 i 5x109 cfu/mL.
7. Postupak obrade ili zaštite biljaka od bolesti koje uzrokuju patogeni, obuhvaća dovođenje u doticaj biljke s kvascima Saccharomyces cerevisiae izabranim između soja br. I-3936 pohranjenog 04. ožujka 2008. u CNCM, soja br. I-3937 pohranjenog 04. ožujka 2008. u CNCM, soja br. I-3938 pohranjenog 04. ožujka 2008. u CNCM i soja br. I-3939 pohranjenog 04. ožujka 2008. u CNCM te njihovih smjesa.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 7, gdje se radi o patogenima izabranim između gljivica, virusa, bakterija, mikoplazma, spiroplazma, viroida i njihovih kombinacija, poželjno gljivica.
9. 10. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 7 do 9, gdje se biljke izabiru između trava, dvosupnica, jednogodišnjih, dvogodišnjih i trajnih biljaka, sadnica povrća ili ubranog povrća, voćnih biljaka ili drveća ili ubranog voća, cvjetnih biljaka ili drveća ili ubranog cvijeća, žitarica, uljarica, grahorica, drvenastih biljaka, ukrasnih biljaka i posebno između sadnica ili proizvoda krumpira, cikle, šećerne trske, duhana, loze, žita, uljane repice, ječma, riže, kukuruza, siraka, prosa, soje, graha, rajčica, krastavaca, salata, biljke jagode, drveta jabuke, drveta kruške, citrusnih plodova, banane, ananasa, drveta breskve, marelice, trešnje, oraha i lješnjaka.
11. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 7 do 10, koji obuhvaća: - nanošenje za uporabu spremne fitosanitarne smjese prema zahtjevu 5 ili zahtjevu 6 na cijelu biljku ili dio biljke; ili - miješanje koncentrirane fitosanitarne smjese prema zahtjevu 4 sa sredstvom za oblikovanje radi dobivanja konačne fitosanitarne smjese, nakon čega slijedi nanošenje ove konačne fitosanitarne smjese na cijelu biljku ili dijelove biljke.
12. Postupak prema zahtjevu 11, gdje nanošenje fitosanitarne smjese na cijelu biljku ili dio biljke obuhvaća primjenu na listove, stabljiku, cvjetove, plodove, deblo i/ili korijen ili na njihove dijelove, poželjno sprejanjem, primjena na korijen se poželjno provodi sprejanjem tla, mehaničkim unošenjem, miješanjem s gnojivom, pospješivačima ili u pripremljenoj smjesi.
