Claims (16)
1. Postupak pročišćavanja kontaminiranih tvari koje sadrže organske kemikalije, naznačen time, da obuhvaća korak svjetlosnog zračenja kontaminiranih tvari koje su onečišćene organskim kemikalijama, u prisutnosti (i) barem jednog spoja alkalijskog metala koji je topiv u vodi i/ili barem jednog spoja zemnoalkalijskog metala, i (ii) barem jednog ionskog spoja prijelaznog metala, pri čemu se netopiva tvar generira iz organskih kemikalija.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da obuhvaća prvi korak dodavanja (i) barem jednog spoja alkalijskog metala koji je topiv u vodi i/ili barem jednog spoja zemnoalkalijskog metala, i (ii) barem jednog ionskog spoja prijelaznog metala, u kontaminiranu tvar onečišćenu organskim kemikalijama; te drugi korak svjetlosnog zračenja smjese koja je dobivena u prvom koraku.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je navedeni barem jedan spoj alkalijskog metala koji je topiv u vodi i/ili navedeni barem jedan spoj zemnoalkalijskog metala, barem jedan član odabran iz skupine koja se sastoji od spojeva kalcija, magnezija, kalija i natrija, koji su topivi u vodi.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je barem jedan od spojeva (i) i (ii) priključen na nosač.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da se spoj koji sadrži spoj (ii) koji je priključen spoju (i), upotrebljava kao spoj (i) i spoj (ii).
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da spoj (ii) je barem jedan spoj prijelaznog metala odabran iz skupine koju čine kobalt, magnezij, željezo, nikal, bakar i cink.
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da nadalje obuhvaća treći korak odvajanja netopive tvari generirane iz organske kemikalije nakon svjetlosnog zračenja kontaminirane tvari koja je onečišćena organskim kemikalijama.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da spoj (i) je dolomit.
9. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da organska kemikalija je endokrini disruptor ili poljoprivredna kemikalija.
10. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da organska kemikalija je organski spoj klora ili aromatski spoj.
11. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da organska kemikalija je poliklorinatizirani bifenil (PCB) ili dioksin.
12. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da organska kemikalija je barem jedan član odabran iz skupine koja se sastoji od sljedećih: o-klorofenol, p-klorofenol, 2,4-diklorofenol, p-tert-butilfenol, 1-naftol, 3,5-ksilenol, karbendazim, 17β-estradiol i bisfenol A.
13. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da svjetlo koje se koristi za svjetlosno zračenje je ultraljubičasto svjetlo.
14. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da kontaminirana tvar koja sadrži organsku kemikaliju je barem jedan član odabran iz skupine koju čine industrijske otpadne tekućine, poljoprivredne otpadne tekućine, otpadne vode iz kućanstva, fekalije, filterati sa mjesta odlaganja otpada, ispušni plinovi, kontaminirano obrađeno zemljište, mulj i pepeo iz spalionice.
15. Postupak pročišćavanja kontaminiranih tvari koje sadrže organske kemikalije, naznačen time, da obuhvaća sljedeće korake:
(i) svjetlosno zračenje kontaminirane tvari koja sadrži organske kemikalije u prisutnosti (i) barem jedno spoja alkalijskog metala koji je topiv u vodi i/ili barem jednog spoja zemnoalkalijskog metala; te tada
(ii) dodavanje (ii) barem jednog ionskog spoja prijelaznog metala,
pri čemu se netopiva tvar generira iz organskih kemikalija.
16. Postupak prema zahtjevu 15, naznačen time, da nadalje obuhvaća treći korak odvajanja i prikupljanja netopive tvari koja se generira iz organskih kemikalija nakon izvršenih koraka (i) i (ii).
