Abstract

Postupak dobivanja kristalnog oblika V agomelatina formule (I): naznačen time, da se otopina agomelatina otopljenog u jednom ili dva otapala koja se mogu miješati u bilo kojim omjerima, a čija je temperatura ključanja niža od 120°C, raspršuje u raspršivaču. Patent sadrži još 4 patentna zahtjeva.

Claims (5)

1. Postupak dobivanja kristalnog oblika V agomelatina formule (I): [image] naznačen time, da se otopina agomelatina otopljenog u jednom ili dva otapala koja se mogu miješati u bilo kojim omjerima, a čija je temperatura ključanja niža od 120°C, raspršuje u raspršivaču.
2. Postupak priprave kristalnog oblika V spoja formule (I) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da dobiveni spoj karakterizira donji dijagram rendgenske difrakcije u prahu, izmjeren difraktometrom Siemens D5005 (s bakrenom antikatodom) i izražen razmakom između ravnina d, Braggovim kutem 2 theta i relativnom jakosti (izraženo kao postotak u odnosu na najintenzivniju zraku): [image]
3. Postupak priprave kristalnog oblika V spoja formule (I) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da su korištena otpala etanol i izopropil eter.
4. Postupak priprave kristalnog oblika V spoja formule (I) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da je korišteni plin dušik.
5. Postupak priprave kristalnog oblika V spoja formule (I) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da je koncentracija korištene otopine agomelatina najmanje 5 g/l.
