Abstract
Postupak enzimatskog cijepanja N-acil postranog lanca lipopeptida da se dobije odgovarajuća jezgra,gdje: a) lipopeptid se pripravlja fermentacijom, lipopeptid je vezan na stanice biomase, te se biomasa ukloni s adheziranim lipopeptidom, b) biomasa s adheziranim lipopeptidom iz koraka a) se resuspendira u vodenom sistemu, c) prikladna deacilaza sedoda u otopljenom ili krutom obliku u suspenziju biomase iz koraka b), te se dobije odgovarajuća jezgra, ted) jezgra se eventualno izolira i pročisti, gdje lipopeptid dobiven fermentacijom u koraku a) reagira nakon završetka fermentacije kao biomasas vezanim stanicama bez daljnjeg pročišćavanja u koraku c) direktno s deacilazom, čime se N-acil lanac vezan preko amidne veze cijepa. Patent sadrži još 11 patentnih zahtjeva.
