Abstract

Postupak za enzimsko otkidanje N-acil bočnih lanaca sa lipopeptida uz nastajanje odgovarajućeg nukleusa, pri čemu(a) je lipopeptid proizveden fermentacijom, a pri tome je dobijeni lipopeptid vezan za ćelije biomase i biomasa sa vezanim lipopeptidom se izdvaja,(b) se biomasa sa vezanim lipopeptidom iz stupnja (a) resuspenduje u jednom vodenom sistemu,(c) se pogodna deacilasa u rastvorenom ili čvrstom obliku dodaje u suspenziju biomase iz stupnja (b) i pri tome nastaje odgovarajući nukleus, i(d) nukleus se po želji izdvaja i prečišćava,naznačen time što se u stupnju (a) fermentacijom dobijeni lipopeptid, koji po završetku fermentacije ostaje povezan sa ćelijama biomase, bez daljeg prečišćavanja u stupnju (c) direktno dovodi u reakciju sa jednom deacilazom pri čemu dolazi do otkidanja N-acil lanac povezanog preko peptidne veze. Prijava sadrži 1+11 patentnih zahteva.
