922,101. Mechanical garages. ESPROGA SOCIEDAD LIMITADA. April 28, 1960, No. 14871/60. Class 78 (4). Parking bays 5 (Fig. 2), arranged radially on each floor of a multi-floor garage are reached by means of a lift 10 which delivers to turntables 8 mounted one on each floor. The lift cage, the turn-tables 8 and the parking bays are provided with tracks for receiving dollies. Each turn-table 8 is driven from an electric motor 13 (Fig. 1), controlled so that it always stops the platform in register with a parking bay. Access to the lift shaft may be through an entrance 16 on the roof of the structure which may be wholly or partially sunk in a well.
