901,346. Scaffolding. BURTON, J. Nov. 17, 1958 [Nov. 16, 1957], No. 35764/57. Class 20 (2). Tubular scaffolding comprises frames 10 each consisting of verticals 11 joined by cross-tubes 12 and braced at 13, connected in a row by cross-bracing 14 and supporting a staging of scaffold boards 17 placed end-to-end on the cross-tubes 10 and support-tubes 19 and carried by removable brackets 18 as described in Specification 901,347. Adjacent ends of boards 17 lie between the tubes 19 and frames 10 to present a flush upper surface for the staging. The cross-tubes 12 are clamped to threaded spigots 15 by nuts 16. Guard standards 21 carrying guard rails 22 are spigoted to the tops of the uprights 11. The staging may be extended laterally by further brackets 23.
