Abstract

887,182. Shoe boxes. VUE-CHEST Inc. Nov. 17, 1959 [Feb. 9, 1959], No. 38925/59. Class 18. A shoe box comprises a sleeve 11 with side walls 15 having at least one aperture 21 and an open front end, in which can be slidably positioned a transparent drawer 12 with side walls 32 and a front wall 36. The sleeve 11 which may be made of plastics is formed with openings 22 in its top wall 13 and lugs 26 depending from its bottom wall 16, for stacking engagement with similar sleeves ; alignment in stacking is assisted by a flange stop 24 depending from the rear of the top wall 13 and hooks 28 depending from the rear of the bottom wall 16.
