878,255. Ammunition boxes. HOFFMANN, O., [trading as HOFFMANN-WERKE J. O. HOFFMANN]. Aug. 4, 1959 [Aug. 7, 1958], No. 26642/59. Class 9(1). [Also in Group XVII] A box comprising a body 1 and lid 2 is provided on opposed side walls with a projecting bead 3, that on one side wall being of different dimensions to the other, so that when such boxes are stacked, the beads on adjacent walls of juxtaposed boxes will make creating engagement. Alternatively, one side has a projecting bead while the opposite side has a corresponding groove. The lid 1 has fixing straps located in recesses and connected to fixing hooks 5 hinged at the end walls.
