830,695. Container closures. ROBINSON, J. Feb. 19, 1957, No. 5525/57. Class 125(3). In a closure arrangement for collapsible tubes &c. a tube 1 of polythene has an integral top 2 with screw thread 3 to -receive an apertured cap 6, a projection 4 to enter cap aperture 8 and slits 5 forming selfclosing valves, the slits being parallel to the tube axis but out of alignment with the discharge orifice 8 so that screwing down the cap prevents the slits opening under pressure of the contents.
