835,434. Bottle caps. MEISTER, O., MEISTER, P., and MULLER, K., [trading as HUBER BLECHWARENFABRIK, K.]. Sept. 24, 1956 [Sept. 22, 1955], No. 29173/56. Class 125(3). A closure cap 2 of resilient material has a funnel-like projection 3 the diameter of which increases away from end wall 1 and the outer diameter D of which is larger than the inner diameter of the bottle neck so that when the cap is applied to a bottle the part 3 is deformed and turned inside out to seal on the inner wall of the bottle mouth. If the diameter of the bottle opening is smaller than the minimum diameter of the projection 3 the latter will seal on the upper rim as in Fig. 2 which shows a screw cap closure.
