750,758. Spray-producers. COTY, Inc. June 11, 1954, No. 17279/54. Class 69 (3). Liquid 2 within a container 1 is drawn up a tube 10 and sprayed from an orifice 8 by a gas which is released by a valve 17 from a reservoir 14. The valve is normally urged by a spring 21 to close a passage 9 leading to the spray orifice, and when the valve is depressed by a button 19 an outlet 16 from the gas reservoir is closed and the gas within a chamber 11 flows to the orifice and causes spraying. In order to effect a more continuous spraying with a single actuation of the button the valve may be so short that it does not close the outlet 16 in the spraying position, and the valve spring is positioned between the valve button and a washer 7.
