707,842. Oscillating generators. ALLMANNA SVENSKA ELEKTRISKA AKTIEBOLAGET. July 4, 1952 [July 13, 1951], No. 16830/52. Class 35 [Also in Group XXIV] An oscillating generator for producing current impulses comprises an armature 3 which is tiltable so that it may alternatively bridge poles N<SP>1</SP>, S<SP>11</SP> (as shown), or N<SP>11</SP>, S<SP>1</SP>, thus reversing the direction of flux through coil 4. The motion from one portion to the other is derived from a pivoted member 9 having a ridge 11 engaged on alternate sides by a pivoted pressure member 12. In a modified form, the tiltable armature is replaced by a permanent magnet. Specification 583,915 is referred to.
