To avoid vibration and to hold the operating coil d in position, coil springs e are arranged between the coil and the magnet core b which is mounted by means of rods b<SP>2</SP> on an insulating frame. The frame includes a backplate a, a top member a<SP>1</SP> and a bottom member a<SP>2</SP> against which the coil d is pressed by the springs.
