703,561. Sectional hot-water boilers. DE LA RUE & CO., Ltd., T. March 13, 1952 [April 4, 19511, No. 7857/51. Class 123(2) In a hot-water boiler, e.g. for central heating, comprising vertical sections each in the form of opposed water-ways 5 which extend from lower return headers 1 at the two sides of the boiler to an upper central outflow header 2 and are also connected by transverse pipes 6 having under-fins 7, the spaces between some of the pipes 6 of a section and the corresponding pipes of adjacent sections are sealed by baffles 11. The baffles may be of T-section and removable; alternatively they are formed integrally with the said pipes 6.
