Abstract
694,997. Rotary pumps. JULLIG, W. M. J., and VOGELGESANG, R. K. O. June 28, 1951 [July 6, 1930], No. 15408/51. Class 110(ii) [Also in Group XXVIII] In a lubricating apparatus (see Group XXVIII), a reciprocating pump 15 is fed with lubricant from the container 11 by a conical member 1 mounted on an inclined stud 4, projecting from the driving shaft, and is driven by pins 2 engaging pins 3 on the housing. A vane attached to the driving shaft feeds the lubricant beneath the conical member 1 which, as it rotates, presses it through the filter screen 7 to the inlet of the reciprocating pump.
